Johnny was very helpful in picking out furniture and organizing the purchase. Brittney was high as a kite the first time I went in and ignored me while she put on her lipgloss the second time I went into the store. I was told my nightstand would be available Monday, so I called in on Monday and was told they would track it and give me a call back, but no one ever called me. Tuesday came around and I did the same thing: call, they’ll track and call back, no call back. Wednesday, the SAME THING! And I even told the girl on Wednesday that I hadn’t gotten any response the two days prior and that I better hear from her before the end of business Wednesday. Nothing. Finally I called Thursday, 4 days after my furniture (that I already paid for) was supposed to be ready and demanded to speak with management. Lewis was finally able to tell me that it’s been in stock and for the trouble they would deliver for free. The store had great prices, but customer service is definitely lacking! My shopping experience at Landmark Furniture was absolutely phenomenal. Dillan and Johnny were friendly, very knowledgable, and professional. I was looking at purchasing several mattresses and bedroom set for my new house and had a quote from Mattress Firm, Dillan literally took the quote from my hands ripped it and half and gave me one of the best deals I’ve EVER had. The company is family owned and they care so much about making sure the customer is having a good experience, I really felt like they went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and all my questions were answered. Bad experience this go around!!! Attempted to swap out my bunk bed for a smaller one the next day after purchase and the company didn’t want to do so. Spoke to original salesman(avoided me after sale) to get everything thing cleared up and spoke to higher management( Didn’t want anything to do with the sale). Not happy with the way everything was handled on this deal. I kept the bunk bed but found the same one for 200 less across the road at bel furniture a week later. Bad deal....
