@Damola Adamolekun Today we celebrated my grandmotherâs burden 89th birthday at red lobster humble Texas. It was by far the worst dining experience I ever had. It was so warm in the restaurant which made it hard for me to be comfortable. It was approximately 35 to 40 people In our party alone, and we only have one server. It took so long for us to get drinks. We were supposed to have a reservation for 4 oâclock. We didnât get seated till 430. It took about an hour and a half hour to get drinks and then we were finally able to place our orders and then it took about another hour and a half to get our food and by the time the food came out it was one person handing out the food to all these people so by the time you got your food, it was cold and missing sad items. Some side items came some never showed up. No one check to see if we need any refills on drinks and when you would ask somebody for a refill on a drink, no one would ever come and bring it. Rea was our server and I feel She was overwhelmed with the amount of people she had to service and she was crying and I feel like more people shouldâve been helping her take orders and distribute food so you could hurry up and turnover the tables around so you can get other guests in. We arrived at 4pm and didnât leave until after 9pm. I will never go to this red lobster again. I donât know the managerâs name, but I feel like she was maybe young inexperienced because I just feel like the situation couldâve been better, but I didnât feel like she knew how to handle it. it took forever for checks to come out of for us to get our cards and change back some of the other people that work there if you would ask them for something they would act like you were bothering them and they werenât very pleasant at all specifically, the bartender was not very friendly. In my opinion I donât know her name and another server or help her name Joycelyn never came back with what I asked her for. they didnât have to go boxes they didnât have large to go cups. They gave us plastic eating utensils. They didnât have crab for the crab dip. They didnât have garnishes for the beverages. I do not recommend...
   Read moreToday 1/28/24 my family ate at this location, we were sat at a table within good time. Our server came to the table introduced herself and took our drink order. Once our drinks were brought to us the fun began. My wife got a dirty glass with an old lemon seed glued to the side of the glass. She had unsweet tea with no lemon, yet there was an old seed that I have to knock loose with a knife. Once that was fixed we order the calamari for an appetizer. As we started to eat the calamari I took a piece and started cutting it up for my 20 month old son. With the first cut I noticed a 3 inch long black hair wrapped around it. My wife is blonde and I shave my head so I knew it wasnât Esther one of us. Showed the server and she quickly called the manager. He apologized and replaced it with another plate of calamari. Around the time we ordered our food. When it all came we each revived our food. As the server sat my sons food down âpopcorn shrimpâ I immediately noticed an eyelash on his plate. The server was still at the table when I handed it back to her and showed her the eyelash. The manager made no effort to come back a second time. Once that was fixed we ate our food which was ok, not great and not bad. As we were waiting for the bill the manager was making his rounds to the tables. He seemed very unconcerned with the fact that my son was almost fed someone hair not once but twice. I told him they needed to do better, but was polite when I said it. My sons meal and the appetizer were comped, but not the tea. We would have rather not had hair in our food and paid for everything we got rather than have to inspect our food before we ate it. Extremely disappointed in our experience, we most definitely wonât be returning to this location as they canât seem to keep hair out...
   Read more1014/24 I am done with Red Lobster. My Curbside order was supposed to be ready at 12:49. I arrived at 12:59 due to my order not being ready the last 2 times. I parked and texted "here". Received a message telling me to "put on your hazards. We'll be out soon." At 13:13 (14 minutes after arriving), I sent another text telling them I was here. At 13:17, I received a text telling me my food was on the way out. 3 minutes later, I had to go in to get my food only to be told by the server that she had given UberEats my food and she would put the order in. 10 minutes later, I go back in and she brings my food. I check the bag for my items. No missing items, this time, but my pasta was on it's side and the sauce spilling into the bag. I asked another server for napkins. I cleaned the bag and left. I received my order 30 minutes after ut was supposed to be ready. The server asked me my name when I told her I was there for my Curbside order; so, how did she give my order to UberEats if she's verifying the names against the orders? Well, I won't be having any issues anymore with this restaurant. It's sad because I've been eating at this restaurant since 2012, but I am never returning again.
8/9/24 I do not have Facebook. The location is 20414 Highway 59 N, Humble, TX 77338 Check your order before you leave! Ordered Curbside to go. My order was to be ready at 13:48. I received my order at 1:00. I got home and was missing items in my order. Missing a side of mashed potatoes with the 3 shrimp your way and an order of garlic shrimp, $6.49. My receipt shows each item checked off as if it was placed in the bag....
