Absolutely the worse retail experience I have ever had. Zero Stars. I went in to exchange a gift I received for my birthday and had a gift receipt. I wanted a hat they had online only. Clerk said “no problem, we will return the gift and order the hat with the credit”. But the clerk instead created a return, not exchange, and refunded the gift amount to the credit card of the person that gave me the gift. It was a done deal and there was no going back they said. Completely unbelievable, and the clerk and the manager said there was nothing they could do. “Sorry man, we screwed up”. I got screwed out of my birthday gift. How on earth is no one in that store capable of making this right? The most reasonable thing the manager should have done was issue me a store credit for the loss of my gift. They said absolutely not. What a complete failure of retail. I will absolutely never go back to this store ever again and would encourage my friends to never go either based on this awful experience. Do not shop here, too many other options for team sports gear that have competent staff. Update: the store responded to this review with apologies and STILL did nothing. You would think it would be easier to reach out to me and make it right, but nope, nada. Just don’t shop here folks....

Disappointing to say the least. It was my 1st time shopping in the store and I learned they only Carey select sizes in store and on the website. They don't have military discounts for those men and woman. They don't carry any Dallas Stars (NHL) apparel. When asked why, I was informed they had to be a good team to be in store.... Um well the Stars are currently in the Stanley Cup Playoffs....does that not count? They are the only Texas team in playoff games currently!!! I most likely not be back as you don't carry all sizes nor any...

I like the store in general and the staff is helpful and kind. But certain things do not make sense. My first visit I was told it is a Texas Sports themed store- so all Texas teams, except they do carry some Louisiana sports teams. My second trip I asked specifically if I could get a Spurs jersey for an upcoming game I’m taking my son to in San Antonio. I was told they carry local Houston teams- which makes no sense. There is a huge display of Cowboys jerseys, etc. So I am never really sure what teams they have and...
