Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Hummels Wharf

The selinsgrove pa Rita's has a habit of selling premium ice cream in place of the custard, at custard prices. They have done it for the past 3 years. I have questioned the female manager about it several times and she gets very uptight and denies it. Now their new trick is they turn the machines temps down so that the premium ice cream is stiffer like the custard, which then makes the ice cream too cold to eat, but there is no mistaking the taste of ice cream as opposed to custard.
