Here I am, though I said I wouldn’t be back leaving another review because my mother wanted to Paleta for her birthday and I wanted to please her… oh boy in the process, I’ve written several reviews about this place. Once my favorite place to go turned awful and I haven’t been back ever since this visit for my mother.

The young girl at the front I believe her name is ( Alitza) is absolutely terrible and manages to keep up her nasty attitude performance every single time I spot her working… she overcharges me for things that the other employees are gracious and hospitable enough to not overcharge me for. And it’s just overall rude.

I’ve read the other comments .. from both locations by the way. I am not the only person that feels this way management needs to do something about this girl. And put someone else in place. I would like to return to my loved dessert spot, but I truly cannot continue while her customer service is so bad. and is obviously displeasing lots of other customers because she seems to work at...

A Hispanic Manager that was at this location today spoke to us in Spanish although we were not speaking to her in Spanish and felt this was extremely racist. We were confused as to why she spoke to us in Spanish when we weren’t speaking to her in Spanish. We didn’t address it, but felt it was best we make others aware. She also had an issue with us asking for the “Paletas” to be fully dipped because it’s “their brand” and we aren’t allowed to do it this way. As if we don’t pay enough for these popsicles $30+ for 3-4 “Paletas” I think we more than earned to ask for it to be fully dipped. That’s just silly and stingy of this business to not try to make customers happy over something so insignificant to them. So in other words “Their Brand” is far more important to them than...

Le sigh😮‍💨 mo-rel-lia (I know there's only one L) you have left me without comprehensible words and a new set bar for delectables. I, along with my family, had a SINGLE paleta and regretted it. I should've have bought THREE for MYSELF. Your treat left SUCH an impression that despite the torrential downpour today after coming out of Birkdale cinemas, I contemplated still casually grabbing a few more for the road (NOT to share). For those misfortunate souls that have yet to try their products, do yourself a favor and make the trip. You won't regret it...unless you...
