THIS LOCATION IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS ! I got out of the gym . Ordered at 10pm on the app for my kids , went to get my daughter her food ( cookout ) down the street from this location . When I tell you I’ve never in my life been treated like that … So I pull up after getting my daughters cookout , there at 8+ cars in the line … people are pulling out because of how long it’s taking . I’m chilling , because I paid already and all I have to do is tell them it’s a drive thru pick up order and everything will be smooth. I get to the voice box , tell them my name and they proceed to tell me they have nothing in the system . I tell them the order number , it’s at the correct location . It pulled money out of my account . It says all I have to do is pull up tell them my name and it’ll be ready for me . They then tell me even if I show them proof they can’t do anything . So at this time , I’ve already spoken to two people , let me talk to the manager . I either need a refund of $28.44 or for them to make my order . SHE SAYS NO ! I’m sorry but that’s when I flipped . She caught me on the right day . God forgive me because I got out of character ! But it is 2025 NO WORK ETHIC AT ALL !!! COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ! People are waiting in line , so many cars leaving because of what ? She then tells me , you ordered through the app . YES ! I didn’t order through the buffalos app , I ORDERED THROUGH THE WENDYS APP ! For this very reason . So I could have proof of what I ordered and when . So it would be a breeze when I got there . I waited for my food in that line for 40+ minutes . Just like how the manager Shai , Chai , chia pet , whatever the heck her name was , was working getting her money … Well my husband works hard for his bread too and I’m blessed enough to get our kids food . Something’s gonna give ! I’m getting my money back . I will be calling corporate on this location because it’s been one too many times and tonight was the last straw . You can’t work in fast food or just anything with customer service and bring your stank face and attitude in that kind of environment ! WHO PROMOTED THIS LADY !? Read moreWorst every experience. Will not go back. On September 20, 2019 around 8pm I went through the drive through. I order 2 number 2's, and a additional sandwhich. One sandwhich had heavy onions the other heavy onions and no tomatoes. The lady that take the other read the other back to make sure we received everything correct. So I drove up to the window and gave them my c.c. It took maybe 3 mins to get the food which wasn't bad at all. I figured we got everything and everything was right. When i got home each bag had a burger and fry in it, but the burgers were not modified. So I called and spoke to a young man name Trayvon which was the "manager" on duty. He sounded very tired and said he trying to make it, when I asked how was he doing today. I told him what happen and he advised me that he was sorry and asked for my name. I told him that i was eating the food even though it was wrong. I had to get my brother in the bed because he has school in the a.m. Trayvon advised me that my name would be in the book for 3-5 days if I wanted to return the food. I didn't want to return anything It should have been right from the drive thru. So 30 mins past and I said I'm not going to have time to go up there so I went around 9:10. I asked to speak to Trayvon when I walked in. He had an attitude and said, well you are ya food didn't you (sorry I know that's not proper English), I said yes. I told you that on the phone. If there was going to be an issue on me coming up here with no receipt, no food you should have said that. I told him I have my C.c that you charged. He didn't want that. He walks away with his hand on his hip. The sad think about this situation is his attitude was so nasty I'm trying to figure out how could he be a manager. So then he gets another man Involved named Shaydee. He was in training to be a manager. He didn't help at all. He said I need to speak to the store manager in the a.m. People don't have time to waste and gas. Make the order correctly the first time. Honestly I hate their is age limit before you can work. I believe 5th graders can make a correct sandwich. It's called reading, comprehension and if you can't do that ask questions. Read moreAddendum 10/19/2024 10:30pm: When am I going to learn? In the drive thru the speaker asked for my order. I ordered and sat and waited to be told to pull forward...for 5 minutes. Then a lady came on the speaker and asked me to order. I ordered again. I ordered a baked potato upgrade and was promptly informed, with attitude, that they didn't have any potatoes. I ordered a half and half coke and she came back at me yelling "what the hell is a half and half coke?" I explained it's half regular coke and half diet coke. Then she started screaming at me that they didn't have any coke. I sat for a moment biting my tongue and decided to drive off. As I passed the window the lady flipped me the middle finger. When am I going to learn? Original review: As usual the order isn't correct. It has virtually always been something for 2 years now. When not getting the baked potato fixin's wrong it's forgetting something. Today I tried a Pretzel Bacon Pub Burger for the first time. Since the bag was taped shut I opened it at home to find they forgot the onion rings on the burger. Twice before the Big Bacon Classic had no bacon. When I told them it was supposed to have bacon they were surprised and didn't know it. Also as usual the woman at the drive through window acted as though she wanted to be anywhere else and exuded rudeness. When I showed my Free Frosty Jr key tag and said chocolate please, she said "what" and I repeated chocolate. So she then asked "vanilla or chocolate?" and rolled her eyes when I said chocolate again, like I was putting her out. I keep going to this place occasionally because I like Wendy's burgers generally, but this place has not once, almost, in 2 years gotten an order correct, and if you question if they did they cop an angry attitude.
