Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

I just came from this location and had the worst experience. I’m not a prude, but I’m sure my review could very well come off that way to some. I hadn’t eaten all day so I ordered a large combo with a strawberry lemonade and cross cut fries, a small side of jalapeño poppers (6) and a side of 3 chicken tenders. I pull up to the window and she starts filling a cup so small it looks to be a child’s cup for a kids meal, I’m not exaggerating. I reminded her that I had gotten a large combo and was expecting the drink and fries to be large as they should be. She starts arguing with me about that’s the only size they give of the strawberry lemonade. I tell her, “ok well it doesn’t say that anywhere on the menu and you didn’t mention anything about the size while I was ordering, otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered the smallest drink you guys have.” I ordered a lot of food, I’m going to need the large drink I ordered. She continues to argue with me while I’m calmly explaining that I just wanted a different drink if you’re saying this is how small the lemonade is. She walks away without acknowledging my request and starts talking trash to the cook in the back who is out of sight. She comes back and angrily says, “k, have to throw THAT away. What a waste. What do you want to drink then?” And proceeds to fill my cup to the rim with ice… I mean, my drink is now over an hour old but the soda is all gone and there’s still ice filled up 3/4 of the way. Another issue is that I got regular fries which are cheaper and she gave me the large order of jalapeño poppers which costs more and I couldn’t possibly eat that many of them.

Over all, lamest person I have had to deal with in a customer service setting and hands down worst experience I’ve ever had trying to get food somewhere.

Had the worst experience for the second time here ordered my food and tried using my rewards for a free drink to go along with my meal she scanned my QR code and told me it didn't work then proceeded to tell me that it was for a small drink not a large when the app clearly says ANY SIZE Tropical refresher , Fountain drink ,Hand crated lemonade,or a handcrafted strawberry lemonade showed her the details and and she keeped saying that she couldn't give me a large one only a 16oz drink and that it could only be an orange drink at this point I told her to give me any drink she wished to give me and she took back the large lemonade gave me a small lemonade and threw the rest of the lemonade away this visit was so narrating as im a regular here and this is the second time she fights me on something like this something needs to be done here this is...

Me, and my patriotic friends/veterans stopped to get a bite to eat at this Carl's jr. And we accidentally left our Trump signs sitting on the table but we returned two hours later to retrieve our Trump signs after attending the Mega March at Bolsa Chica State Beach, we asked for our signs and the manager lied to our faces and said they didn't see any Trump signs, we then noticed our Trump signs ripped up and thrown in the trash right behind their register, we then confronted the manager and co-workers about the situation so they pretended they couldn't speak good English and when we asked for the number to their corporate office they laughed in our faces and told us to get out. We want $100 for our Trump signs this company destroyed.
