To summarize. Placed order on app, store was closed despite app charging my card. I arrive and discover its closed. I signal employee at drive thru. Employee Comes to window with attitude, tells me theyre closed. I explain but he makes a throat cut motion and walks away. I pull into parking lot, employees keeping coming to drive thru window to look at me. The same guy who gave me attitude opens drive thru window, i hop out of car slowly (not to freak him out) and apologize and explain my situation with the app, my order, this store, and my payment. He just looks at me blankly the entire time like he didnt understand a single word i said. (positive he was high as his behavior exhibited such and its not the first time i seen that with this specific restaurant).
I show order on app and ask what to do. lady in red shirt (team lead) looks at and walks away. The guy continues to stare at me blanky. I say, do i have to go through corporate or? He says “ughh yeah”. I said okay, and thanked him. I go back to my car and leave.

Read moreI decided to try this location because I saw it getting renovated .. big mistake! The place looks good, new paint! That's a facade though.
Inside, the tables are not cleaned and dirty. I saw other patrons busing and cleaning tables before they sat.
For me though, the service and food is foremost, it's a fail for both at this location. I ordered the Loaded Breakfast Combo (#24).
When I got my order my hash brown was in pieces. I went back to the counter and asked for a new one, oh dang she was pissed of being called out! Instead of apologizing she tried to justify that it's the same.
After a few minutes my new hash brown was ready. She called out and when I got to the counter she threw the hash brown on the counter.
I took the hash brown and went back to my table. Nope, I didn't argue, I didn't make a scene. The last thing I want is to confront a JIB $20 per hour crew member having a power trip.

Read moreGreat Jack in the Box location food is good, and I always get a specialty order that is prepared correctly (Bacon Ultimate no mayo) and I ask for secret sauce which they always include. The late night staff if always friendly and the line goes quickly.
The parking lot is a bit of a mess there had be a large pot hole which is largely unavoidable for years. I'm sure it doesn't damage the vehicle at that speed but it's unsightly and just a repair which should have long been fixed. I understand the location makes it a challenge but regardless still an issue.
