My wedding ring had as many ups and downs as my marriage and the scars were evident. I had to cut it off at one point which had the effect of snagging my nose every morning with the gap created, very pleasant. I lived with that for a few years until the diamond finally fell off in bed due to the prongs deciding they had had enough. No complaint, since it had vouch-safed my family heirloom diamond by not falling out while mowing the yard at least. Enter Affinity, I hand them this mauled and pathetic chunk of gold and silver (NOT white gold as I had always assumed) and David didn't blink, he says they can fix it right up! This is where I looked at him a little sideways. He points to a photo on the wall showing generations of his family doing their craft in a workshop and restates they can fix anything.... OK, thats tall talk for an eye looped fat man but I admire confidence. I hand the thing over, pick a new mount and decide I would have paid more when he says how much the repairs will be. It took 2 weeks, got it yesterday and the thing looks brand new! It's not Crown Jewels level of extravagance but I'm the king of my castle and it suits me just fine. I couldn't recommend these guys any higher, they bionic-manned my ring into the 21st Century. To my surprise I was greeted with an unassuming atmosphere, a somewhat Friendly and enlightening environment. The brilliant way they have designed the inside of the Store adorned with many Beautiful works of Diamonds and Gold Jewelry. A vast array of Fine Diamonds in every imaginable setting.. Also, One even better and unique acumen is the Vastly Experienced and most talented Goldsmith They have onboard. He is the Genius behind their unbelievable Fine Display of Works of Art. So, if One Doesn’t find the particular, special and unique FIND You are looking for, their Talented and Friendly Goldsmith has the ability to Design and Manufacture Your Hearts Desire. Right before my mother passed away, she commisioned a jeweler to make a garnet ring with a simple silver setting. She never lived to see it and I didn’t know it existed. However, upon noticing her obituary in the newspaper, the jeweler brought the ring to my mom's house and gifted it with her condolences. It became one of my own favorite rings, a beautiful reminder of my mother. Unfortunately, the ring had a design flaw and the stone kept slipping out of its mount so it stayed in my jewelry box. Over the years several jewelers told me the ring couldn't be fixed. When I brought it in to Affinity they took a look and said, "No problem!", and fashioned the two notches on either side of the stone, which now holds the stone in place and, I think, makes an even more interesting design while preserving it's simple elegance.
