Taco Bell — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

Ive just had a very unpleasant experience. I came thru the drive thru...had almost completed my order when i changed my mind due to the money. I told them i wanted a cheaper combo. The cashier proceeded to say i couldnt change my order due to food already being done. When i tried to say i had barely just ordered it why did they already have it done. The general manager then told me that if i was ready to order to be sure i wasnt going to change my mind because she already had a huge waste of food due to me changing my mind over two items. Then when i told then she was giving me attitude and raising her voice she said she wasnt. i told her items are not to be made until we r trully done ordering. In the end i didnt want to purchase anything. When i drove to the window i told the cashier i wanted to talk to her general manager. The general manager wouldnt come to the window. And told the cashier to tell me to call corporate. Her name was yolanda pacheco. Ive worked for jack in box once and i was taught that people can change their order if they havent paid.i dont understand the rudeness...it was a mistake that everyone can make. POOR SERVICE❗So I do not know why literally a week after writing an awesome review for this place I go there and they give me something the exact opposite of what I asked for I simply asked for no rice and they and they took the time out of their busy day to put rice on the item anyway even though I asked and then was greeted with resistance when I said please make sure that there is no rice on the item I feel it's my duty to write a review saying these people lack the kindness that it takes to Simply listen to someone if I'm paying the money I deserve to at least have what I asked for and it also sucks because both of the Taco Bells in my area have had very bad service I mean this is not the area that I live in it's the area that I work in but the one down the street from my job gave me a burrito with two hairs in it two separate different hairs and then this one I thought would be my spot that I could still eat for some price that I can afford in the vicinity of my work but nope another Taco Bell...

This taco bell by anaheim is not good. Or maybe all of them are not. I bought their special box and it stated that it was for roughly 11 dollars. When i get to the counters they have charged me 14 dollars and change and the food was very very very lousy. The supposed to be special chicken that have the special sauce is like a piece of paper. Very very thin and no meat inside. Not sure if it was just a joke that was played on me. Because i was struggling when i am using the drive thru. Hopefully, they don't do this to other customers.
