I don’t know where to start. When you enter a restaurant it’s supposed to give you a great experience.

I can’t share that with this restaurant.

The service is sub par, anyone drinking can expect a second beer as soon as they finish theirs, of course hoping you’d drink more and spend more. However, anyone else can expect your drink to never get refilled or asked. After ordering two separate plates, burnt baked potatoes and cold queso fundido. The weight of the cheese did more justice than the actual melting of the cheese. After asking for another queso fundido, the server did not even bother getting a fresh one. I don’t understand why I would ask for a better one and then brought a queso fundido that’s literally the same temperature. The food came in different temperatures, I understand the past reviews and the vast amount of customers who got food poisoning. The plate calls for cooked plantains, I guess you can consider 2 pieces as plural for more than one when the says “plantain(s)”

After ordering a plate for one person, and making the table wait more than what should be acceptable. They go ahead and charge me for a two person plate. All the things considered, after telling them it was for a one person plate so they don’t charge me for their mistake. They tell me they will take the plate away and make it a one person plate. Not knowing how long they will take a reluctantly took the plate, I do not doubt the restaurant will try to charge me for this later.

On top of that, as I continue to write this review, the service has deteriorated as I made my issues known. Understandably who wants to deal with an annoying customer, however I am 100% confident the pictures below will prove that I am not lying. Even now that I get my bill, they try to charge me for the extra queso fundido that you will find below, the bad lemonade below, and expect me to believe that they deserve a tip. I do not doubt this review will be deleted by the owner so I am prepared to post again and again. Going back to my previous comment on the 2 plate entree, they deny any wrong doing on their part. This is not an establishment you can trust to have a couple drinks and food. They WILL prey on you, hoping you won’t notice the extra charges on your bill. After I told them about their mistake with the 2 person plate, they insisted I chose it. Yeah, make someone wait more than they should for their food to arrive and then tell them you’re going to take food off their plate because their mistake will be too costly for them. $30 dollar plates for foods at different temperatures, burnt sides and poor service. If you want to waste money and tell yourself, “I’m never coming back here again” this is definitely the place to shop. Any attempt to correct this ill experience was ignored and only delivered failure. Please eat somewhere else, only then will this...

If I can give less than one star I would! I'm gonna just jump right in on what happened. My family & I walk into this establishment for the first time & instantly we felt as if ALL eyes were on us. We decided let's go ahead & be seated. Get to the table & still all eyes are on us. I felt as if the music that was playing should of stopped lol smh. So I notice a man at the window near the entrance, I think may be the manager. Watching us the whole time I witness two different employees go over to speak to him & see during the conversation their having the employee looks our way as well. So once I peep the security officer standing by our table & then goes over to speak to big man by the window I said alright I had enough. I told my family I don't feel welcomed or wanted here so let's head out. I tell the host or waiter whoever the lady was how I felt & that she could cancel our order because we will not be staying in this establishment. Group of 5 and we spent almost $200 incredibly dissatisfied birthday. Went to celebrate a birthday lunch with family. One person in the group was vegetarian and asked if any of the food was meat free. They were told all of the food had meat or was cooked is lard (Manteca) and not suitable for vegetarians. We were a little confused because the waiter didn’t offer any info of anything edible for this guest as an option and they were told simply I don’t know about the entire menu. Asked if we could ask the kitchen and said no everything has meat: they had queso fundido later that came with another family menebers meal no it was only cheese , which would have been fine for the vegetarian at the table. They ended up ordering guacamole as a meal and it was super salty and awful. The menu lists quesadillas and other items that would seem to be meat free and we felt like they just simply told us everything on the menu had meat in it to be rude or they didn’t want to bother to actually ask.
