The staff is very incompetent and inconsiderate. I am African American and had me waiting for 30 minutes before I was serviced while they were just “acting” like they were busy when in reality they were just moving a ring to another spot and would just watch me. When I asked about a price for jewelry they told me one thing but when I asked about how many per gram they told me another thing, they thought because I was of a different ethnicity they thought I didn’t know about numbers but I actually have dabbled in gold and grams and called them out on it and immediately changed their numbers and answers. Al principio todo iva bien .compre 1 medalla de 4 niños lo pedi en orden y por colores.nos digueron en sierto tiempo regresaramos y resulta que lo isieron mal que regresaramos en 30 minutos otra ves estaban mal. Les.digue saven que mejor aganlo con calma y que salga bien.digeron que si mejor asi que regresaramos al día sigiente alas 12:00pm, ya iva estar lista para recoger ya no ivamos esperar.llegamos a recoger ala 1 :00pm y resulta que no estaba lista que le diéramos media hora. Regresamos y pues si la mire pero no adetalle digue se mira bien . Pues hoy en la mañana la use y la argollita de 1 de las medallas esta diferente color alas demás y se le movía las piedra regrese ala golleria y digo la que me.atendio que así es la piedra se tiene que mover,que se le callo por que la traía guardada, que el color esta así por que se quemo y no la limpio el gollero. que ella no podía hacer nada, no la boy a poder usar le digue yo por que si la uso se le cae y si la guardo se le cae y pues esto no se tiene que mover .entonces sedio y me la arreglaron y quedo chueco pero ya nimodo por lo menos esta del.mismo color el oro. pesimo lugar.
