I don't like writing negative reviews, but I feel it necessary to warn future customers. Both my daughter and I had an awful experience at this location. I didn't get greeted as I walked in, I had to approach a rep to ask if I can get on a waiting list or else God only knows how long it would've taken to even get noticed. Once my named was called,, this female rep approached me, didn't give me her name just pretty much said, we are closing soon, so if you're going to buy a phone just call me over. I then asked her what's the difference between the motorola and the pixel, since we are trying to switch from iPhone. She seemed bothered then gave me the most vage and generic answers as in; both of the cameras are good, they both have good apps, ect... No specifics, no software info, no memory. Not sure if she isn't trained properly or if she just didn't care answering my questions. Closing time was near, and she approach us one more time to ask if we had made up our mind and if we were purchasing anything. My daughter then answered and told her, "we are going to do some research and we'll be back." The female rep then proceeded to let us know, that the door is right there, that they are closing soon and for us to have a goodnight. I then advise her, that we are waiting for our ride. She walked away, and then sent over another female rep to try to escort us out. It wasn't even 8pm yet!!! Once the other female rep came over, she asked us, have you been help? I said "we were kind of helped, but we are currently waiting for our ride home." She replied with "oh, I thought you were just sitting here." Once our ride arrived, we walked out, and the 1st female rep followed behind us and locked the door!!! The disrespect!!! Not a goodnight, not a get home safe, not even a, how was your experience tonight! In my opinion, why does it matter if I'm sitting at a waiting area, when there's more customers in store? Does my presence bother them? Why can't we be in a safe environment while we wait for our ride? Why can't they answer the most basic questions? Why wasn't I treated like a person instead of a burden? These are the questions I would like answered.
They lack, customer service for sure is unimaginable!!! The only reason why I didn't purchase from this location was due to the customer service. They don't deserve commission from my purchase. I will be going to a different location. And I will edit this review with both the females names once I figure them out.

   Read moreWe were supposed to get reimbursed months ago for 8 of us switching over from Verizon and sprint. It has been 8 months and our issue has only been partially resolved. Worst customer service experience of my life. No one in the call center can give you an answer and just transfer you again and again. I came back to this store where we purchased our phones. When they want to take your money they're nice and friendly but once you have a problem it's a different story. We spoke to AILEEN and she was incredibly rude. She didn't want to help us. She kept cutting me off. She refused to grab the phone and had the nerve to say "I'm not customer service" when I asked her if she could speak to my sister who was on the line so she could further explain to her our problem (because she didn't seem to understand what I was explaining)I kept explaining to her that a check they sent out was for my sister not for me and she was unbelievably rude. I then asked to speak to a manager (Maricela). I wish I could give 2 separate reviews. Maricela was totally the opposite, helped us tremendously and PARTIALLY solved our problem. She is spectacular. Beyond amazing customer service skills. I cannot give this store a better rating because our issue is ongoing, and I was treated poorly by Aileen who, by the way, messed up on our payment the first time we were there and I let it go, but I won't let it go again. If you come here make sure you get a receipt for any transaction and agreement, you will need it to dispute any disagreement (you don't want to be in our shoes).    Read moreThe experience here was not the best , nor welcoming from the man that decided to help me, I wanted to get a little upgrade from the iPhone 13 Pro max to just a regular iPhone 14(regular size) however right away this man decides to shut down my decision by saying that what I was doing was just a “down grade” and his overall reasoning was because the “camera quality” of having 3 cameras to just having 2 was just a waste for me to start my payments all over again, of course, money wise he has a point, however, it is my money and my decision , and the camera quality is the least of my worries , I wanted something that I felt comfortable to taste and size accessible for myself.
