Cali Queen Dresses — Local services in Huntington Park

I don't usually post reviews because I like to give the business the opportunity to fix what they have done wrong. I ordered a Dress On September 18th lady in the front was very nice promised us the moon ad he stars my daughter saw a dress that she loved but not in the color we were looking for. the lady Cherry then stopped us and said she was getting the dress in the color we wanted (EMERALD GREEN ). She said the dress was going to arrive in November she said " I am so sure you are going to love the dress so much that if you don't I will refund you". Fast forward the dress did not come in November I followed up with her many times she then said everything is behind but dress will be in February. She calls first week of January and says dress is in we go in to pick up the dress and what a disappointment she try's to give us a TEAL dress , when we tell her that is not the correct color se starts ignoring me and my husband and tells my daughter "the dress is gorgeous it will still match your decorations". We said no to that one and still gave her the opportunity to show us others she had but the two other ones she had were nothing close to what my daughter wanted. This lady was insisting to my daughter that the dress looked good on her butt he dress was horrible. Finally she said she would refund me but because I did not have the same card I payed for she had to call merchant services but for sure she would refund me Tuesday. it is now Thursday and she has blocked my H52.03hone number she is not answering my calls or text messages and when they do answer Is if i call from a blocked number but they say she is not there. Cali Queen dresses made my daughter's quinceañera dress shopping a breeze. After having such a bad time at couture z bridal in huntington park were they stole our money and gave us no dress. Cali Queen took the time to show us dresses and reassure us that they would give us a dress in time for her photo shoot. The customer service was excellent. The owner was very nice and honest on the arrival time for the dress. They were clear on what we were getting. They were straight forward on what would happen if the dress didn't come in time. Decided to go to this store because all the positive reviews, but ended up having a terrible experience. They didn’t have that great of a selection for burgundy dresses and when I did find a dress that I wanted to try on the worker refused to let me try it on. She said it wasn’t going to fit and said that a dress like that wouldn’t look good on my figure. Considering i’m a size 14 in dress and has never experienced an experience like this one.
