Taco Bell — Restaurant in Huntington Park

Where do I start! I was there on 11/08/23 through drive thru and Maria G. Helped me she was so rude when I was ordering I asked what did the box come with and she said nachos fries and I asked what else she then explained so I said I wanted it. She then started talking and I didn’t understand what she was saying so I asked her what was she saying when she said that she wasn’t talking to me she was talking to another customer but she said it in a rude tone and I was like oh okay to this I’m already upset cause I’m getting bad vibes from her. I’m guessing that when ur taking someone order and helping in the window you can mute ur mic? Anyways I then asked for 2 extra drinks then I asked her if the box I order came with a drink she tells me that I never asked for it so I tell her I want it after that I drive to the window and she makes me wait cause I’m order is still being made finally she tells me to get closer to the window and I give her the money and tell her that’s she’s rude that she needs better customer service and she’s said oh and i again say yes ur very rude. Then I tell her honestly your lucky I don’t “Report you” when she laughs and tells me “Oh no my girl if anything I’m more American than you!” I was so shocked! I even giggled and said omg no lady I meant report you with your supervisor! Then she laughed and said oh! To this I said no lady you got that very wrong I’m not like that I would never say anything like that to anyone. Then she’s just passing drinks to me she gave me 4 and I asked how many did you charged me? She said 3 and I tell her here you gave me 4 in gonna me honest I wanted to throw that drink on her face but that’s not the example I wanted to give my 2 children that were in the car with me! To this she holding my receipt and isn’t trying to give me it. So I do get loud and said give me my receipt! I drive off. Honestly if people are gonna work in customer service they need to be more polite! I will never go back to this location even though it’s right by my kids school the food wasn’t bad the drink were terrible the Pepsi didn’t have any...

I only eat vegan food, so Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant of choice when it comes to that.

I always get the Black Bean Crunchwrap Supreme, along with a Cheese Quesadilla. Love both, although cheese does tend to upset my entire GI tract for a good couple days and I still eat it, so that speaks volumes about how much I still love the Cheese Quesadilla.

The Nacho Fries just came out this New Year and my coworkers had been raving about them from the moment they were advertised. So, I just had to try them. They were really good! The fries themselves were real crispy and the thickness and texture surprised me in a good way - very fresh and pleasant. I particularly liked the seasoning of the fries, and I wish I knew what it was made up of. The Nacho dip itself is smooth and cheesy - it was a good combo with the fries, though it is a bit on the heavy side. Granted, I'm not a nacho-cheese-dip person, so those who love such condiments will LOVE this for sure. That being said, I highly recommend trying out the Nacho Fries soon, before they are sold out - they are here only for a limited time and I've personally indulged in them more than once already.

One of the best Taco Bell locations I have ever visited, if not the best! Friendly and fast staff. Fingers crossed but they haven't messed up my semi complicated order yet.

Negative things: They ask what kind of sauce and 3 times now, they have given me hot instead of fire. I'm a regular visitor to this location since it's my local Taco Bell and only once have I had a bad experience with the staff. That was last week. The guy taking my order asked questions about my (altered) order that I've never been asked before and got frustrated when I didn't know the answer. I've ordered this particular meal 100's of times in the past and never had any questions. He was standoffs when I got to the window and the food prep chick basically threw the food sack into my car. Not sure what all that was about but since it seems like a one off kind of thing, doesn't seem fair to take away stars because some people had a bad day.
