Lack of Preparedness: Upon my arrival, the branch was unprepared, and they did not have any of the documents I had previously submitted. Long Wait Times: I was scheduled for an appointment but had to wait over an hour, eventually leaving without being assisted. Customer Service Concerns: It appeared that non-Spanish-speaking customers received less attentive service compared to Spanish-speaking individuals. Account Closure Issues: When attempting to close my account, I was redirected to call customer service, who then indicated that the branch had more authority to handle this matter. Read moreI went to the B of A in Huntington Park, CA on Pacific Ave. And Slauson. There was only 1 teller with the line out of the door. Pictures to follow. I attempted to call the corporate offices to complain, I was redirected to the small business office. While the customer service lady was personable, she was unable to help. I do not want to be told that the reason for such reduced services is COVID. I work in health care and can't use COVID as a reason for reducing Healthcare services. Also, if the banks do not have enough employees to service the customers at lunch time, put a sign up and close the doors for an hour, so that service is not diminished...
Read more10 am 1 teller 20+ people in line. UNACCEPTABLE. Waited in line almost an hour. I felt sorry for the teller it was very unfair to her and to the customers. Running a store this way causes many errors and is devastating to your sales. Because it is only one teller and she is feeling rushed she will make more mistakes and won't be likely to mention any promotions or encourage new accounts because she is worried about an angry line of customers. I don't need anyone making any mistakes with my money, no one does. And you won't be getting good customer service at this location either. Your going to run this location...
