Tom's Famous Burgers 6 — Restaurant in Huntington Park

I use to like it here but , not until the girl on the drive-thru ignored me . All I wanted was yellow peppers ! And she said I already put them inside your bag and straight up closed the window on me ! Umm why would I lie ,I stayed there no one was waiting in the back so I kindly asked again mind u I made a big order and I even honk my horn like I know u have a cam. For sure and a guy opens window this time I kindly told him I never got the yellow peppers ok let me get them for u just so you’ll know extras are charged and I’m like about to say I never got them n he shuts the window ! I’m waiting a bit and nothing again …at this point I just took off …Thank you for not caring and been stingy with you’re customers ..make sure you charge them atleast and not be waiting for nothing lol. But seriously 4 less customers you are...

Maybe the worst burger ever. Obviously frozen patties that were like rubber. Mcds beats them hands down. Not quite sure how that is even possible??? Chili cheese fries were lackluster. Threw 1/2 the burger away not worth even taking home! Same goes for the fries, in the bin is where they went and belong. It's a shame right up the street from work. Seeing a lot of positive reviews had me wondering if they changed something lately? If they did for the love of God change it back!!! Reviews of the rude staff is spot on. I was there for carryout had to wait 5 minutes for the cashier to get free to help me she wasn't friendly either. Other workers ignored that I was standing at the counter by the delivery driver sign. Worst service overall...waited over an hour and still no food ..my familys food was given to other tables and when asked for food twice waitresses still did not bother to rush..we asked for our money back and only given store credit..no manager on site and was told unable to get his number...will be back for money never eating here again...once home I called to speak with Peter the so called manager and I ended up speaking with a cook who passed himself as the manager...after all this drama I returned to toms for my money no manager same crew who were rude and wld not even admit to the mistakes..peter if you read this review you need a new crew who knows how to treat faithful customers..who have experience in the...
