Winchell's Donut House — Restaurant in Huntington Park

I am not one to complain about things. But as soonest I walked in the person that was mopping the floor seen me walk in and she gave me a look as soonest I step in because she was mopping. First of no signs where on the floor, now if she didn't like a customer walk in because she was mopping she could of lock the doors. I asked her what the tortas have in it and with attitude she answered, i said you know what nevermind let me just have a hot sandwich extreme melt, I asked if she can please include extra veggies and again with attitude she said how would I do that if that is open sandwich I said is okay you can charge me extra veggies every time I come they always make it the way I just asked you. She still gave attitude, turned around a Said "ugh" and I told her nevermind thank you I will not take anything, I spoke to you nicely and I get that attitude and asking me how your going to do that.

I've always come and order the same thing here and for this person to give that attitude and make me feel so uncomfortable just because maybe she has a bad day sorry but horrible customer service. You don't like the job not my fault I was just going in to get food for my lunch. Now I wasted 20...

Garbage Place First the old lady at night was not welcoming at all. No Greeting No smile Nothing. Although she was cheerful with the previous customer. I gave her a hello greeting twice and her blank face. So I requesting a fresh squeeze juice. I was told by the lady at first they didn’t have any fresh fruit or vegetables. I ask her what the cups of juice on display were. Seemed to be a language barrier with the old lady so a back assist came to interpret. I ask I’m how long the juices had been in the display. He replied all day. Then the lady said the lemons were bitter that why they couldn’t make juice. Crazy cause I hadn’t even told her what type of juice I wanted. Then the back assist said the old lady couldn’t make it cause it was too busy. Although I was next customer and nobody was behind me for the most. Weird interaction. Don’t think I’ll ever go back....

07/18/25 @ 09:02pm, came here for a quick bite but as soon I entered a woman sitting down at the tables tells me that I will have to wait.. she's on her lunch break..😑, I look over at the kitchen area and see another woman and ask can she serve me? 🤷‍♂️, and this same woman states "oh she just clocked out..", damn.. no customer service what so ever, I really hope Management sees this review because this is completely unacceptable 😑, this woman was fair skin, I think had glasses and an Addidas black hoodie sweater, blondish hair. The other woman whom I didn't interact with in the kitchen had...
