I would give this place a zero if I could. I was treated horrible at this place. For my mom’s birthday I went to buy some party supplies and when I was done paying the owner came to me and yelled that I was stealing. I had showed him what I got and my receipt. He had asked the lady that helped me if I paid. I had only bought 2 pink table covers. She said that I paid and he yelled at her. He then snatched my bag and said to pay again. I had told him that I paid and he would not care. He yelled at me right in my face. I just left the store cause I did it want to fight for just 2 table covers. That ruined my mom’s birthday for me. My son was in front of me when that happened and he was very scared. I think that he is a very rude owner and does not treat his people very nice I have been going there for over 12 years. I do not deserve that treatment if I am buying. I should not have my belongings that I paid for snatched because of him assuming that I stole. I do not need that in my life. I have been going to Bella zone for many years. During Mother’s Day I bought balloons for my mom and a party that I was having for my mom and the owner yelled at me that I was stealing. I showed him my receipt and that I had bought the balloons. The owner then snatched my balloons that I purchased. That experience ruined my Mother’s Day and the balloons that I paid for were snatched and then Gaven back to me. Today I went into Bella zone and I bought more balloons for a Halloween party. I said to one of the workers that one of my balloons were missing. Then all of the workers gathered around me like I was stealing. I then just left the store because I am not going to fight for a balloon. I think that their service is really bad for somebody that has bought for many years. The owner is really really rude. I have been going for many years and I don’t even want to go anymore. If I could I would give this place a zero do not go...

This place has a lot of stuff that you need. But I would rather go somewhere else, as things here are too expensive. Some of the stuff isn't even marked of what the price is. There is two different sides of the store, and there are two registers. One is some sort of makeup Beauty Corner and the other one is like a Dollar Tree or 99 Cent Store. They charge to use debit card unless it's over $5. And the people there are not really friendly. I would rather recommend going somewhere else as a price and the staff are...
