Salesman was rude, and either doesn’t know what he’s talking about or they don’t have a wide variety in stock. I was looking for a 40” tv and the salesman unboxed one to show me. It was 1080p and I asked if he had any other tvs of around the same size with a higher resolution. He said they were all of the same picture quality and if I wanted a higher resolution I would have to get a 50” one. I asked what model it was and he said “I don’t know” and then walked away to talk to the other customers in the store. He didn’t even acknowledge me when I thanked him for his time on my way out. The moment I told him I wasn’t interested in the one model he showed me he started being dismissive and ignored me, even though I was interested in other models. I think he assumed I don’t have money to spend because I am young, and he showed me a really cheap model without asking what my budget is. I see lots of UHD 43” tvs on Best Buy’s outlet store so I don’t know what this guy is talking about. On top of that he said their 90 day warranty doesn’t cover screen damage. I wouldn’t recommend...

As someone who was EXTREMELY skeptical of TV Outlets, I can say with confidence that HDTV Outlet should be among everyone's options when searching for a new TV. Not only was Alfredo able to guide me through different options with an eye toward my particular needs, he tested each and every unit I was interested in on the spot. Each looked brand new with no imperfections whatsoever on the screen (no dirty screen effect) and virtually undetectable scuffs on a part of the enclosure which doesn't face you anyway.

Although I didn't end up purchasing a TV from them (due to an extremely competitive eBay deal), I know I would've been satisfied had I chosen to due to their quality of units and impeccable...
