I placed an order using the online order feature and when they informed me through text message that my order was ready I went to pick it up. Upon arrival at the restaurant, the restaurant was actually closed even though it clearly stated that they closed at 11 pm and I had arrived at 9:21 pm. Since I wasn't able to access the restaurant I called to see what was going on and the lady who answered after the 5th time of me calling, told me that she didn't know anything about what was going on due to her being new and she couldn't give me information on nothing. I waited until the next day morning to call them again and the same lady answered me and told me she couldn't give me no information because she was the only one working and there were no managers there, so apparently there are no managers working in that restaurant she just runs the restaurant herself. I asked to speak to the owner so I could get a refund and she said she couldn't give me no information about the owner. Frustrated now, I asked her again if I can speak to someone above her like a shift leader or something within that and she told me the now non-existing manager would be coming in to work at 5 or 6 or 7 or 8 pm but she can't tell me exactly when this unprofessional and clearly unorganized manager would be coming in. These people are cleary thieves whom steal money from their customers and once confronted coward away behind this supposed" I'm a new employee, and I don't know nothing on what's going on " it's all a part of their scheme. I still haven't been able to speak to the " manager " so I can get a refund issued to me after a week and a half of me constantly calling and not being able to speak to this so...

The carne asada portion was small and salty. The camarones al mojo de ajo had no flavor and it had and bitter after taste, and they did not have any hot sauce. The service was bad and the they DO overcharge you. They do not charge the prices on the menu. The camarones al mojo are listed at $17.99 in the menu but they charge you $18.40. The pupusas are listed at $2.99 and they charge you $3.65 + Taxes... over all we got charge about $8-10 extra. You get charge taxes at the end.
They also play music very loud and have club lights going on when you are trying to eat and have a conversation.
Safe you money and go somewhere else. No matter what their reply is, the place is not a good place. They have a bad attitude. I am all for supporting small businesses but not when your money and time isn't...
Read moreI made the mistake of coming a second time here. I’ve come before and I saw they advertised a promotion for bean and cheese pupusa on Tuesdays so wanted to take advantage of it. I ordered two pupusas and a drink. My beverage was $5 which was overpriced so I asked her to cancel it. The lady told me she could not cancel it “mi amor no puedo”. I was confused because I had not paid yet. I asked her to clarify she said she could not modify the order. I asked her if she could ask for help and even told her I would pay cash if it was easier. She called her boss. She then proceeded to tell me I could pay cash and charged me a total of 33% on tax. I told her the total was incorrect and she said that’s the price her boss told her. I asked her for a receipt and she said she couldn’t give me one. It’s unfortunate that they steal from their community. I will no longer support this...
