We ordered delivery and never got our order because they “couldn’t find our address” & instead of delivering it after that mishap, they didn’t do anything. After an hour of waiting we called them & they were closed even though online it said they were open. The next day we called again to get the situation taken care of and they STILL had a hard time finding our address, mind you we live in a convenient part of town. We asked about getting a discount since we didn’t get the order last night like we were supposed to & we were told that if we would have picked it up last night it would have been free, but we paid for delivery and picking it up was never mentioned. Finally got the pizza and wings & it none of it was very good. The garlic parm wings tasted like they were covered in Alfredo sauce & the honey bbq weren’t much better. The pizza lacked flavor but the crust was good. We paid for garlic dipping sauce and the sauce was open when we got it so we couldn’t even use it. Delivery time consistently around double whatever time their site claims. The food is always cold as well. Last 3 orders looked like day old pizza. The cheese had that old dry look where they let them sit for so long before delivery without keeping them warm. Drivers have the same bags as the other places, but if it isn’t warm when they put it in there it doesn’t stand a chance of being anything but cold by the time it gets to me. If you watch the tracker after ordering, you’ll notice it sits under “quality check” for the majority of the time. They must let every employee check the quality, cause it takes forever. I can say I’ve only got the wrong order once, so there’s that. Considering I’ve had to take it straight from my front door to my oven to make it warm the last few orders, I think I’d rather them rush it out the door and get the wrong order so long as it’s above room temperature.
