Spudz Potatoes — Restaurant in Huntington

Spudz was a breath of fresh air in a city that seems to serve very traditional and greasy food, as far as I could make out during the time we visited Huntington last Friday. My diet restrictions are fat free food.... We nearly gave it a miss till, in the last minute we saw 'Spudz' and decided to check it out. The staff was very friendly and with great care they prepared the food we ordered, all enveloped in a large, well baked and hot potato. The potato was not cooked at all, it was incredibly greasy and cold. I got the most normal potato, the spudz and couldn’t even eat it.
