Well my dad, brother and I ate here for the very first time last Saturday and I'll say this as for my food it was hands in the top tier of best roast beef sandwiches I've ever had in my life! You could actually tell it was REAL slow cooked and shredded homemade roast beef unlike most restaurants nowadays that use stuff that's precooked or prepared for them ahead of time. That was definitely some good ole home cooking. Plus the service was quick once we ordered we are within like 10 or 15mins. The young woman working there was also very pleasant, kind, and personable. Good customer service is rare these days it seems and she definitely went above and beyond, and in general her attitude, demeanor and etc. just made you feel happy and good! My sister, me, and my hubby decided to give this a try, and we are so glad we did!!!
My sister got the Cajun Sampler, which had Jambalaya, Gumbo, and Shrimp Etoufee, and it usually comes with Red Beans n Rice, but she changed it out to their Cheesy Crawfish Bread.
I was surprised she ordered this because she is a picky eater, especially with soups, but she LOVED all of it, said the spices were amazing.
I got a Maui Maui Po Boy, it was very good!!!! I could only eat half of mine but it was very filling and I would order it again!!
Hubby got the Tarpon Springs Iconic Greek Salad (small) with Air Fryed Oysters, and he loved his stuff as well.

Update Round 2: Today I tried the Hungry Cajun Po'Boy and Banana Pudding. Both were delicious. The Hungry Cajun has shrimp, sausage, lettuce, tomato, pickle, mayo, and remoulade. Also, Gumbo Stop has an extra seating area with a N'awlins flair. Give this restaurant a try.

Quaint cafe with excellent Cajun food. The catfish etoufee with sausage added was delicious. I love the red snapper etoufee special. The sampler is a great choice to try four items. The inside will seat about ten people. Outside cafe tables for another 10-15 people. Highly recommend.
