Captain D's — Restaurant in Huntsville

I am sharing this after confirming that Captain D's should take orders through the following methods: Online, through their app, through third party delivery services, in person and by PHONE! I have waited a week to ensure that I expressed myself in a constructive manner.... I called this Captain D's to place a to-go order.....at first I couldn't hear the woman on the other end of the phone....and I asked if they were having a party because the music was sooo loud....she didn't respond....but instead, handed the phone to a gentleman.....he had a louder voice and he stated that they do NOT take phone in orders......so, we went there to order at the drive thru....the music was still soo loud you couldn't hear the person on the other end....when we finally got to the window.....all they were doing was dancing, singing and the loudness of the music was obnoxious! This is most unprofessional, sloppily run fast food location I have ever visited in my life.....When I go to a business that is functioning like this.....HEY, OWNER you need help!! You need to find better people before you have to file bankruptcy.....because my business will go elsewhere.....this is a pathetic excuse for the other franchisees to have to suffer...

I ordered to go a fish, lobster bites, & 4 butterfly shrimp meal with green beans & okra. A big fish sandwich & 4 butterfly shrimps & 4 lobster bites on the side. Was missing one order of lobster bites, green beans had macaroni & cheese pieces in them. The green beans was cold & nasty. The fish was small & had black specks all over them. I called & told them I was coming back the next day for my lobster bites that was left out bc I was not getting back out. Never even complained about the fish or green beans. Went back up there & talked to a cashier. I couldn't even say everything before she took off to the manager with my receipt. The manager yelled out," ask her what she is missing?" I said, "I was trying to say it,but she took off. The lobster bites." The manager yelled, "people are getting on my nerves." She stayed in the back the whole time. The food was not good like it use to be and the managers attitude explains the horrible food & service. Haven't been to Capitan D's since they stopped giving out coupons & my fish was horrible at another store. Now I definitely will never...

We were looking for food for our son's 1st birthday party. I called chick-fil-a, tenders,and captain d's. Mark the manager at captain d's did an excellent job. We got a whole lot more going with captain d's then we did the other places. All the food was prepared on time just like Mark said it would be. The food was also hot when we got home to the party which was a plus. Everyone was shocked at how good the chicken fingers were and could not believe that they came from captain d's! Every single bit of the food was eaten and we had 0 leftovers. I highly recommend captain d's for any birthday party, gathering, or event that you ever have for both the price and the quality of food that you receive. Special thanks again to Mark and his staff for helping make our son's birthday party a success! We look forward to doing business with you again in the future!!!
