Chick-n-go — Restaurant in Huntsville

The boneless wings with honey gold was not the move. The sauce has a mint flavor in it that made it inedible. I made all my coworkers try them to make sure I wasn’t crazy. I tried the medium sauce previously and it has a weird flavor profile as well. The drink machine is missing carbonation or syrup. Some drinks taste like straight syrup and others like fizz. It’s been that way for both visits. Lastly the burger…the blandest burger I’ve ever tasted. I would also quit seasoning the fries when it’s in the box next to the other food. Half my burger had popcorn salt on it. I wanted to like this place since it’s close to work but I probably won’t be coming back unless they change...

Hoping the food is good but the customer service sucks… Need new cashiers that cares and aren’t “frustrated” with their job…

Update : My order was wrong.. ordered two different wing flavors got two of the same flavors. I ordered honey hot for one plate and honey gold w/ hot sauce. The plates were made two honey gold plates.. I asked no salt on fries and yet there was salt on the fries … I asked for blue cheese and got ranch … like everything was the opposite of what I said… like be fr. So now I’m on the way back across town to get my plates redone...

The food is always hot and fresh but boy does it need some seasoning, I went 30 minutes before closing and it was still hot and quick, always have had a great experience through the drive thru, employee told me to have “a blessed day” you don’t come by that much anymore, not a big fan of expo not wearing gloves when putting my order in the bag but as long as he doesn’t touch it after it’s been cooked I can care less. If you’re eating out late at fast food places I suggest you go here for hot and quick. Location is Pulaski...
