Only reason they get even a 1 star is because I can't give them a zero. I've been trying for 2 weeks now to reach someone at the customer support center to no avail. They have me send all my contact info and never get back with me. I've talked to the managers at both the Triana Blvd store and the University Drive store, both said there was absolutely nothing they can do for me in regards to my order from 12/18/2023 and then they either direct me back to the 1-800 number or just hang up on me. I haven't even gotten an attitude with them...I just kept them on the phone all of 5 mins on a busy Friday night I guess. Actually...I'm just still in shock that they even answered the phone.. usually they do not EVER. I've had them refuse to deliver pizza due to an employee shortage. They have even showed up the one time they did deliver 3 hours after the fact.. Ive placed online orders just to have them immediately cancel my online order. This happened 4 times in 1 night before I finally just gave up and called the store...NO ANSWER!!! I was cheated out of my order of a pizza after paying $15. I have an online "Pizza Profile" account that they can view exactly what has happened. I've sent screenshots of it but still nothing. Its absolutely ridiculous. Both stores are just sad honestly. Don't waste your time or energy with them only to still be hungry hours later and trying to figure out dinner. All their promotions...gaurantees....etc....ALL Invalid at this point for me. To the managers at both locations...if you are working for Dominos with your hands that tied as Managers then I really do feel sorry for you and you should get out...NOW. However, if thats not the case and you just wanted to not deal with me and put me off on the next one down the line (when I'm an honest paying customer and just want whats rightfully owed to me as such and for the exchange of my money into your hands) then you need to go all the way back to elementary school and actually learn how to communicate, understand and work a freakn job before you step up I to a role you're just not cut out for. Start using your brain before you sink yourselves and Dominos Corporation with you....
Read moreWaited over an hour for our food, after the first 45 minutes we called the store. The tracker was showing our order as being in the "quality check" stage for over 15 minutes when we called. We were told that the pizza was on the way and that if it wasn't there in 10 minutes to call back. Sure enough, 10 minutes passed and we called the store back. (Please note: the food was still showing that it was in the store in "quality check") This time a different person answered, she immediately started speaking in an extremely aggressive tone, and insisted that we were told when we ordered that the food was going to take at least an hour, but we had ordered online and no one had said anything like this. Not to mention that we were calling because the person we spoke to previously had asked us to call back within 10 minutes if the food wasn't there and it definitely was not. She continued on to start saying that the food wasn't there because it had been, "storming so hard," but we live literally less than a block away and there had been nothing more than a few rain showers. When we said that we had been waiting for close to an hour, she responded with, "Well, the food is out for delivery now, do you even still want it?" We were shocked at how rudely we had been treated but of course we had already waited an hour for this food and yes we wanted it. So we told her we wanted it, and she replied snarkily, "Well okay then. Goodbye." and hung up the phone.
It took an additional 13 minutes for the food to arrive, and when it did it was cold. Please remember that we live less than a block away. (Literally 0.9 miles)
We're fairly regular customers, and usually have a great experience, and this would have been bearable if not for the incredibly terrible customer service...
Read moreThe customer service here is horrible. I ordered pizza today to be delivered for my kids. Got the pizza and there was no sauce on it. I called to tell them the order was messed up and could they make it over. The guy otp was rude and told me he wouldn’t make another because they go by what order was made online. Why would I order a pizza with no sauce?? I had a previous problem with them messing up a delivery order after I waited over an hour for the pizza. I called that particular time to ask if they can make it over and bring another one. He stated it would be over an hour before they could deliver. He refused to give me my money back which why not? You all messed up my food. I had to end up going up there to get another pizza and was still greeted with an attitude about money I was spending. I refused to patronize them because of that incident. I only ordered today because of a last minute decision to order my kids food. When I called today the guy was rude again and refused to provide good customer service. He even said “oh yea I remember that order” and gave a rude remark about the last time I ordered and they messed it up. I went up to the establishment with the pizza and requested my money back. He refused and told me I was harassing him and called the police. I sat there and waited. Told the police my story. He even lied to the police and said this was my 4th time coming up there and causing problems. Really?? I don’t care about patronizing a business a bunch of times that keeps messing up my order and giving me attitude when I ask for a refund or for them to fix the problem. Now I’m put on their no trespassing list which is fine. No dominoes will ever...
