Placed a delivery and was called saying they couldn't deliver so I cancelled order. Trying to decide if I still wanted pizza I went ahead and called back and the young lady said I needed to call a different store to place an order since mine was cancelled. I only cancelled because y'all said y'all couldn't deliver. She said well I can give you the other store number. I just hung up at that point and placed order again online for pickup. Then the guy called me back saying are you sure you want to place order it's a duplicate. I said I'm hungry and have someone to pick it up. My kids are hungry. he said they can't deliver because I live on dangerous side of town. Really? Because I wasn't made aware it was dangerous. Could have fooled me with the chickens next door and the kids playing in the yard and the elderly lady across the street that stays to herself. But ok. We will roll with that from years ago I'm assuming. when picking order up. My wife said to the guy bringing order out. How is your day? He replied with "can you sign this" "here's your pizza" then gave her a receipt that was balled up. He looked at her very angry like. Almost as if he had the worst day ever and us placing the order inconvenienced them. Or that he brought it out to the car. I don't know whichever the case. However we have a toddler and was going for curbside to not have to pull him out of car. If curbside is not good for this location please don't offer it and we will go somewhere else. Pizza was good but not like it usually is. I am not sure if it was because of the bad experience or if they were all just a little off today. Either way. Customer service is a big thing in my book as I also work customer service. And this location today didn't have it. Maybe next time will be better. Read moreScene: App said pizza was ready, was not true as I found when I went inside to pick it up. Guy said he would look for it, went to look at the stacks of pizzas and did not see mine but just disappeared then rather than tell me it wasn’t there yet. Then had to wait at the counter for about 20 minutes while another guy could not figure out how the keypad worked for the customer in front of me, but attempted to solve the problem by loudly complaining rather than getting his manager (which he suggested but didn’t actually do). After his manager did come and clean up his mistakes on the keypad he finally went and checked for me again, couldn’t find mine even though they had printed the receipt saying it had finished. He looked around for a bit and then gave me an unclaimed pizza that almost matched my order (but not quite) and gave it to me. This was also happening to pretty much every other customer who was in there at the same time. “We got busy” would be understandable as their excuse if every other customer did not run into the same delays, not sure how there were that many pizzas allegedly done but not a single person who came in promptly received their order.

Read moreI placed an order at 10:30 when they opened the store. I got a call saying it would be an hour and a half to two hours because we have a big order. As a former Domino’s employee and manager I was a little sympathetic to having a big order and I tell them ok. Well I still go up there and wait for my food bc I know when I managed a Dominos we still took care of other customers on top of our timed orders and planned big orders. I have waited over an hour already just sitting in the store, no one greeted or even asked me if I needed help when I walked in. I see other people coming in after the way have ordered online like I have and their orders are in the oven before mine. I ask about my order and the girl looks for a while and sees that they moved my order to a timed order for 11:45, an hr and 15 mins after I placed the original order so they can save their lives one and numbers for corporate and the owners for their profit. As a former manager of a Dominos, the absolute disrespect towards a customer is inexcusable and the customer service is completely terrible.
