This location has sadly gone downhill quickly. I ordered the 9 piece chicken tenders and when they were brought to the table out of 9 pieces of breading broken and in very small pieces smaller than McDonald’s chicken nuggets there was literally only 1 chicken tender on the plate. I spoke to the manager and was rudely told that their tenders are only 1oz pieces. Not a single bit of concern for the complaint. Not even a word about the broken piece of breading with No chicken in it that was literally smaller than a chicken nugget from McDonald’s. I refused the plate and asked for the order to be taken off of my ticket. The very unprofessional and discourteous manager did not even ask if I wanted to replace the meal with anything else and simply walked away. No comment other than rudely well our tenders are 1 ounce. I then found out this person is the managing partner in the business. This is a very sad attitude to have for someone in that position. To not show any interest in attempting to keep my patronage with the business simply shows the lack of respect for their customer. I cannot recommend this location to other people. However one bright light was my server Charlie. He was simply amazing. It is a blessing the location has this individual as their manager/managing partner clearly is harming the business with their poor attitude and obvious disdain for their customers. I would strongly recommend to the owner of the business to re-evaluate their managing partner and give strong consideration to to removing them from their current duties to find them something else to do within the business aside from interacting with the customer as I am certain their attitude is harming their business. My advice to fellow Huntsville food lovers, give heavy consideration to the other longhorn location on Carl t...

To be honest I was a little conflicted about leaving a 5 star review, but I feel like the few grevenses I had were largely out of this locations control. Ultimately we had a great time, the food was excellent and service was fantastic.

That said, a few grumblings. First is the online call ahead seating. The last time we came we were not able to get in due to a very long wait time. So on this occasion I decided to utilize their online call ahead seating to assure seating. The wait time was listed as zero wait and would not let me proceed to reserve a table.

I was a little skeptical about this, but it was a Monday evening so we went ahead. Upon arrival we were informed there would be a 30min wait. When I asked the hostess about the online check in she proceeded to tell me that it was not working. My issue is the online tool should be fixed, or taken offline until it is fixed.

My other issue with this was my observations once we entered. I understand that there are social distancing requirements, but i feel the seating was poorly arranged to maximize seating while following requirements. The restaurant was mostly empty. It was frustrating to have to wait 30min for a seat, and then walk into a mostly empty restaurant.

Im sure the owner would like to maximize seating so as to serve as many guests as possible, so maybe that is truly the best they could do, but it was still frustrating.

Only technical error they made was one of the steaks was undercooked, but my son actually liked it better and said he wants to order them at that temp from here on, so no harm done.

Overall definitely would return, although i was actually call...

Our server was good but super busy. I believe this is what slowed her down. Overall...she was on top of it! She got most things to us before we could even ask. Both my husband and I both were quite disappointed because we didn't receive our salads until after our entrees came out, so that was a waste of food and money. I usually take my leftovers home, but we all know too well.....salads of any kind do not travel well.

The HIGHLIGHT of my meal and the ENTIRE EVENING was the new fire-grilled 🌽corn🌽 OMG.....YUMMY! It was, by far, the best thing I've ate at a restaurant (or anywhere for that matter) for quite a long while. The Flo's Filet with 4oz lobster tail were also good, However, my brain and taste buds keep taking me back to every single morsel......kernel by kernel, of that perfect ear of corn. It looks like it would taste heavenly, yet it looks too sinful to not at least try a bite or 2 or 5..lol. I swear I could eat it every day for a year. 100% delish!!! Props to whoever decided to put it on the menu!!! BRAVO Longhorn.....you knocked this item out of the park!!!!

My only regret......I ate the fire-grilled corn before I could to take a picture. Will definitely be returning. *side note- every time I find something at a restaurant that I LOVE......it gets taken off the menu. So, PLEASE keep this culinary delight as a permanent addition to your menu. 🙏❤️🙏❤️🙏

I didn't get a pic of my corn, so I borrowed one from the Longhorn website. Trust me on this.......go check it...

LongHorn Steakhouse is typically one of my go-to choices—both on business trips and at home. I consistently enjoy the quality of the food and the overall dining experience across most locations. Unfortunately, this particular location continues to fall short of the standard I’ve come to expect. On multiple visits, I’ve encountered recurring issues. One time, I ordered the filet mignon with lobster tail, only to be served a cut that was clearly not filet mignon. I had to explain this to the staff, which was disappointing given the nature of the dish. During another visit, there were problems with the order itself. Most recently, tonight, I ordered the pepered sirloin steak salad. The meat was served cold—as if it had been sitting out for too long. When I asked for it to be reheated, it returned overcooked and still not hot. Not even warm, it was cold. On top of that, the plate was sloppily presented with blue cheese dressing spread messily across the entire dish. While I was still eating, a staff member began vacuuming directly under and around my table. Not in another section of the dining room, but literally around my feet as I tried to finish my meal. This level of disregard for the guest experience is simply unacceptable. LongHorn remains a brand I trust, but I cannot recommend this particular location based on repeated poor service and careless presentation. I hope management takes these comments seriously and works to bring this location up to the brand’s usual standards.
