We had to return a few items that my husband purchased. We did have to wait in line about 10 minutes before it was our turn. Which was a little aggravating, considering there were two other associates in the costomer service area talking. And they were not on break, they were both complaining about having to work. However, The sales associate (I wish I'd asked or her name) was very professional, helpful and didn't waste any time completing our return. We had the original receipt (which is required) and she credited our card the entire amount, including tax within a few minutes. The person in front of us was turned away because she didn't have her receipt. So be sure to have yours if you plan on returning any items. In the past I believe they allowed returns without one, but it seems that policy has changed. Suits me fine, because I typically keep my receipts anyway. Thanks for a smooth, easy return Walmart. We do most all our grocery shopping there and will continue to do so! Very pleased with this location! PS.. Be sure to tell ALL your employees that Savings Catcher is still an active program. During this shopping trip, while checking out, I attempted to use my Savings Catcher Rewards, but the associate told me Walmart was no longer participating in that program. So, I was not able to use my reward dollars. Since that trip, I've learned that information was incorrect. ...

I dont like the fact they Pro rate their Bill's, charge for a paper copy to be mailed. When I first got my service my wifi was great now it lags all the time. And I don't like the fact when you call for help I get someone on the phone that barely speaks English. Also another thing is why do you only give new customers great deals? You should at least do something to keep your exiting customers happy as well. You should really take this in consideration. You have to much competion out there to not take care of...

It's busy, go early or in off hours. Lots of shops, WalMart world. Petco, a few of these, and that. This shopping experience depends on your patience and how much you can tolerate people sometimes. This is like a coin flip. I've had good and bad experiences here. People have ZERO respect for each other once they step on this lot, I'm not sure why. But there's NO SECURITY so just endure what comes good or bad. My last trip was great. The one before made me never want to come back. Ever. Well, God bless you...
