Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Huntsville

I had the worst experience ever tonight at this location. We usually eat from this location several times a month, sometimes twice a week. I've NEVER had any problems until tonight. I wasn't even gonna post this review until after I spoke to the store and got the reaction I did. Ok first of all I went to pick up the pizza at the window. The red haired guy opened the window and didn't say anything so I said my name and then I asked for plates. He didn't hear me so he speaks up and says "whatcha say" so I told him again. Ok fast forward to getting home. I am passing pizza out to everyone. I get to the second box and notice the tip of a hair sticking up from the edge crust and cheese. It was baked up under the cheese so I assume from whoever was fixing it. A medium length wavy hair. I called the store and got the so called manager on the phone and was telling him that I didn't have time to come back for another pizza but for them to just make sure the area is prepped better because there was a hair in our pizza. He replies back with "ok". I guess there is totally new workers there because the other workers I've known that give excellent experience are not there anymore I assume. I ordered on the road just a few minutes from Marcos. Walked in to pick up and waited around 5 minutes at a dining room table. The cheerful young man brought my 2 XL SPECIALTY pizzas to me and I eagerly headed home. The Chicken Florintine and Pepperoni (three types of pepperoni) we're very tasty. My family loves the chicken better than the pepperoni! It has grilled chicken, fresh basil, red onion, fresh tomato's and a garlic sauce with cheese! It may be more than one cheese. The XL does not come with thin crust but they use the crust from a large and stretch it to fit the XL, so the crust is more thin than normal. Marcos is our favorite take out. We ordered 1 works pizza and 1 6 inch sandwich when we got home we discovered that they gave us 2 pizzas, neither of which was what we ordered , the wrong pizza and no sandwich. We called the young man Brandon was very nice said they would remake our order and deliver the order with no charge. We got the replacement order, no sandwich another small pizza. We called again the manager said he was getting the sandwich out to us. We finally got the sandwich and the right pizza two hours later and 4 pizzas later. How do you mess up like that with no apologies for the screw up and as far as the pizzas they sent that weren't right.... they were nothing we were going to eat. I doubt that we will...
