Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Huntsville

Never had Papa Johns before. I called first, to be sure they had salads and wings as well as pizza, they said yes. We drove out of our way to go there and they do NOT serve salads! Then the place is so loud, not from business, but from background kitchen noise. The cashier cannot hear me and I cannot hear her, standing right at the counter! Many repeats! Then the price of medium pizza says 10.99 for 3 toppings, but buyer beware, that's only the price if you order pan crust, they fail to tell u if you order regular crust, it's 3.00 more. You get less crust , but pay more? What's up with that? Then I am offered either a 20 Oz soda or a big 2 liter as my choices. After I pay an unexpectedly high price, then I see fountain self serve drink area. It's not on the menu or offers that they even have fountain drinks, so I asked and switched mine out. I havnt had the pizza yet, so hope it's better than the service! Ok...had the pizza...yoy have to ask for everything. Plates first, then had to go back and ask for cheese. The pizza was pretty good...equal to places like Dominos...it was the one save for this place. They need work on customer service here, but other locations may be great. Not good first...

It always happens when a business is turned over to teenagers. I wanted a Greek salad like the one sent to us by delivery the other night. This time my husband went by to order one. The teenagers in charged asked HIM what went into a Greek salad. Anyway, the salad was made with the teenager using his phone for directions. First of all the salad was half the size and lacked some of the ingredients that came in the delivery the other night. My husband decided to order a meatball sandwich to go. And waited over a half hour being asked if he could be helped from time to time. He kept saying g I want a meatball sandwich! After 30 minutes or so, someone came out and said they didn’t have meatballs, would he like anything else. Uh no, never! Too bad kids who know nothing are left to run a business. 2 stars for...

Great place if you want to be surprised everytime you place an order on whether or not you will get what you paid for. No consistency with the toppings. Ordered a 5 topping...paid for a 5 topping, got a one topping pepperoni. Called the satisfaction hotline and the manager assured me it wouldn't happen again. Gave them another chance. Ordered a pepperoni, extra cheese, three cheese blend and parmesean Romano toppings....was given a one topping pepperoni pizza. This wasnt just two occassions, it was every other time we ordered. Why charge the customer an arm and a leg for the toppings that they don't receive. They lost my business for good, we were ordering pizza at least twice a month. Get it...
