Ive been a regular at this location since its recent opening, often visiting at least twice a week, but my experiences have been disappointing lately. Basic items, like the sodas, are often lacking carbonation, and the cooler is frequently turned off, out of bacon, out of other basic subway items, ice, tea...etc. making it clear that par levels aren't being properly checked. Today, I ordered a salad online with a note to skip the dressing, but it came drenched in mayonnaise. Even if someone had mistakenly added it, you'd think they would at least check the special request and put the dressing on the side.
The atmosphere has also been consistently poor. When I tried to order Italian Cheese Bread during a dine-in visit, I was told it was only available for online orders due to limited availability. This feels like an unnecessary restriction, especially when it wasn’t even mentioned on the menu.I literally, am standing lookong zt the bread. Read moreSo disappointed - I ordered thru the app 2 footlong sandwiches and salad, I waited until the app said it was ready & went inside to pick it up. They were out of the chicken for one of the footlongs so we replaced it with the steak. The problem is they didn't make anything else until I got in there, so it really wasn't READY like the app said. They burnt the bread on one and the other was supposed to be flatbread but I guess they didn't read that. I paid for extra tuna on the other footlong and I didn't get it. I live 20 minutes out of town so when I got home and unwrapped the sandwiches the kids were very disappointed. Even though I was physically standing there and at one point I said, "hey, I put in an online order like 20 minutes ago" the lady STILL decided to take + complete 3 CUSTOMER'S ORDERS BEFORE ME. AS I'M STANDING RIGHT THERE. Is this location incompetent?? I understand if maybe I wasn't standing right there then you give priority to people in line BUT I WAS STANDING RIGHT THERE AND I HAD ORDERED OVER 20 MINUTES PRIOR.
