Stanlieo's Sub Villa — Restaurant in Huntsville

This was my first time to visit this restaurant. I had heard good things about it. My wife and I stopped in for lunch and it was a low crowd there so they weren't busy. I ordered a pizza sub which comes with onions and peppers. So, I requested no onions and no peppers. It took about 15 minutes for the sandwich to get to our table and it was covered in onions and peppers. I told the cashier who had taken my order that the sandwich was covered in onions and peppers. He responded that the sauce has onions and peppers in it. So he didn't bother to tell me that when I placed my original order or I would have chosen something else. So he took the sandwich back and I requested a ham and swiss sandwich. I waited another 20 minutes and it never arrived. My wife received her sandwich within the first 15 minutes but my sandwich did not come even the second time. So we had other things to do today, so we got up and I requested a refund. The manager seemed to be quite frustrated with me for simply requesting the refund and told me that my ham and swiss was almost ready. I told them that it should not take that long to make a sandwich. On a side note, the men's bathroom smelled horrible from urine. It was very dirty. I normally leave very positive reviews and realize that some times businesses have a bad day. But this one was...

I’m a bit confused on how this place had such a high rating and has been around for so long when they can never correctly make a sandwich the way you ask them, at least for pickups. Me, my mother and many of our co workers have ordered from this location a few times (and the one on Jordan) since they’re both close by, but every single time nothing is made the right way, things are missing or things are added to the sandwich we didn’t want, or “our ticket didn’t print” so we had to wait an additional 30-45 mins and the order STILL isn’t correct. We’ve tried giving them multiple chances in hopes that it’s just human error but it’s repetitive. Sadly I don’t think I’ve ever had a sandwich from them that came as requested, if they cannot be customized it should be put on the menu or website. Hopefully for anyone that visits you won’t have to go through difficulty of getting your orders right, as for me and my colleagues we’ve decided that this place is no longer an option for lunch. There’s no reason why me, my mother or my coworkers orders are wrong EVERYTIME. Not just...

I don't know who was making the Steak subs today, but it was AWFUL!!! Around 2:30 on May 2nd Thursdayi was just here a month ago around the same time for a Little earlier and it was sooo Good full fresh the bread was soft and The time before it was like the way I got it today..Which made me not eat here for a long time so it's who works Plain and Simple, But it was Burnt and no steak hardly no cheese, a couple of pickles tomatoes and onionsI asked for extra pickles too .got charged for nothing, my mistake was no taking a picture of this so called Sub, and to make is worse it was so dry, I asked for mayo extra I may add, it scratched the top of my roof in my gums.it was bread with nothing on it .smh.Ive been coming to this place for years, This will completely make me never won't to come back, with food like this, I'm sooo disappointed..it's a gamble on it now .so to the owner or manager, the person who was back there making food will make u lose Business Asap!!!I will not be eating at this place,for a long time or not at all at...
