Starbucks — Restaurant in Huntsville

My Mom and I visited this starbucks on our way out a couple of weeks ago and our experience was sub par. We both ordered decaf drinks, I ordered the lavender oatmilk latte and my Mom had a caramel frappuccino.

My drink was good but my Mom's drink was terrible. Her caramel frap ended up being white for some reason. When we asked the barista who made the order why it was white and looked weird, they told us that the caramel flavoring is only in the caffeinated beverages. I know this is a lie because we've gotten caramel frappuccinos elsewhere and have had no problems.

Unfortunately, my mother's drink tasted terrible and had no flavoring whatsoever. I would have complained more but the barista was rude and working really slowly, despite the long line of customers waiting for their orders. I felt that complaining more would have solved nothing.

Ultimately, it was a terrible experience and we most likely won't...

I had been given a less than satisfactory Caramel Ribbon Crunch that I purchase daily. The male manager took my name and told me to come back and he would put my name and info in a book for me to get a make up order plus a refund. I was pleasantly surprised. I decided today 2/12/2024 to get my make up order . Well when I went in the Manager (Korean lady) got rude with me never looked in the book to see was MY name in there until I said it for the 3rd time but barely looked. Refused to honor what the other manager promised then proceeds to tell my A 51 YEAR OLD WOMAN THAT I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO TASTE IT BEFORE I LEFT THEN TOLD THE YOUNG MAN MAKING MY ORDER THAT HE NEEDED TO MAKE SURE I TASTED BEFORE I LEFT. WHO DOES THAT. IM A GROWN WOMAN. I PRAY THE OWNERS GET HER MOUTH AND ATTITUDE UNDER CONTROL BECAUSE I FEEL SORRY FOR THOSE KIDS THAT HAVE TO WORK WITH HER. RUDE AS HECK IM DONE...

I will NEVER go to a Starbucks in Huntsville, Al again. First off, the hours that you say your stores close online is FALSE. I have gone to 3 different Starbucks and 1 closed at 3pm. The other two stores say online that the stores are open until 7…That’s a lie. Don’t waste your gas. 1 out of the 3 stores closed at 5, the last one I went to closed at 6! I’m so disappointed and I wish the stores can get on the same page. This is ridiculous. That’s why people go to local shops. It’s always the same and the customer service is much better. You guys just lost a customer because of this and I’m sure I’m not...
