The Biscuit Express — Restaurant in Huntsville

I work near the Moores Mill location, so I typically hit them up before work. I was surprised and stoked when I saw the food truck at The Grid.

I've done a review at the Moores Mill location and updated it several times. So now to my review for this spot. First off the atmosphere and presentation is top notch. No need to say much check out the photos.

I came Saturday morning around 7:15am not knowing how busy it will be. Moores Mill usually be crunk so I wasn't sure what to expect. It wasn't busy at all but I have seen it with a line driving by.

The workers were perky and polite. I even chatted with one before my order. Mind you I was the only person in line. I ordered 2 chicken biscuits, 2 tots and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit.

The family liked their chicken biscuits and I liked the infamous bacon egg and cheese. One of my favorites 😍. The tots were a tad too salty which was confirmed by my wife and kid. Other than that it was a nice experience.

We recently visited Biscuit Express for the first time and were thoroughly impressed! We ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit; the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit; and the biscuits and gravy. Each item was generously portioned with freshly made biscuits and generous toppings. The staff was welcoming and courteous, and the online ordering process was straightforward. The menu is very nice. Lots of options. The staff and leadership were arguing in the back while I was trying to order and the girl I was getting the items from seemed distracted. I got my food and took it to go and there was no utensils to eat eggs and gravy and pancakes with. Food is very salty. Don’t know if I would come again or would need to try something new.
