First we are thrilled to have another option in the area and are rooting for success. That said we have visited on 4 different occasions to include weekday nights, friday, and a late saturday lunch. Our first visit was a few days after opening and the total time to place an order to food arriving was 2 hours...no problem, just growing pains.
Our next visit they had only a handful of menu items and we were told they ran out of food and this was all they had. Oddly, none of the options included salad (with 2 local grocery stores, a quick trip could have provided simple salad staples)
The other 2 times were met with hour long food wait times. Additionally, on these occasions there was only 1 bartender to tend a pretty large bar area, let alone drinks for a sizeable dining area.
We will continue to try this establishment as we are committed to seeing growth in the community, but at some point the kitchen and service needs to be solved for this to be a viable option

I got a bev nap wrapped in silverware where my gf got a full size napkin. Table next to us got fries even though we were told we’re out. Within the first visit to the table I ask about another menu so I can actually see what I’m getting, only to be told “we’re busy and short staffed so you can apply… I came to eat not get a load of excuses from Jarrod our server. But why open today if you don’t have menu’s, half the food you offer, bad service and, no condiments or proper utensils. Only nice part was jasmine the manager I assume? Coming by to see how the visit was. Still paid for a full meal that was eh with poor service. $40 for two Cokes a chicken basket that had three tenders and a shrimp app… don’t...
Read moreThis is my first visit to this location. The restaurant was full and the service was painfully slow. We finally got drinks and one order of fried pickles. My margarita was really good but the pickles were cold. We waited and waited, but the waiter never came back over to take our order. After about 50 minutes, we finally managed to catch his eye. We asked how long it would be to get food if we place our order. He checked with the kitchen and came back and said it would take an hour. We had already been there for over an hour, so we paid for drinks and left. There were four at our table and the table next to us who hadn’t even gotten drinks yet also walked out. I really want this restaurant to work out, but they need to do better. It did seem like they were really short on staff. If this is the problem, they should probably have a hostess to let people know how long the wait will be, or not set so many customers...
