We have just had a very disappointing customer service experience at the local T-Mobile store at Hampton Cove. The only representative we saw in the office was Walt and he was not friendly and looked and sounded bothered by our presents there and the simple questions we had to ask. He even didn’t try to pull our account to be able to answer the questions and had zero desire to participate and fulfill any customers’ needs. He basically told us just call customer service on the phone if you need to know. We had to walk out because there was not anyone else to help us there at that time . Read moreAfter 3 days (6 hours) of back and forth on the phone with T-Mobile’s customer service (5 different people who couldn’t solve my problem) I finally was told to go get a new SIM card from a local T-Mobile store…I’ve always had bad experiences at “Phone stores” and was reluctant to go in. And when I found out this store had opened in Hampton Cove and I never noticed it…I was willing to give it a try…I’m now so glad I did…and glad it’s here. They understood my problem, were very patient with my frustration, very honest and quickly provided a solution….exactly what I wanted from the beginning. Read moreI spent 11/2 hours this morning getting a quote on what it would cost to upgrade my phone. When the saleswoman (who was very nice and seemed competent) had finished writing everything down, I asked her to put her name on the quote. She did, went back to get the manager's approval to give me the quote, and make a copy for me. She returned and said the manager said she would not give me a copy.
