Pizza Hut: Where the pizza's hot and the hygiene is... not.

I came in craving a pepperoni pizza, not a science experiment in sanitation. Two employees behind the counter looked like they'd just come from a Slipknot mosh pit — hair everywhere, no gloves, and one of them was audibly sniffling while handling food like it was a tissue.

I’m all for bold flavors, but “eau de armpit” isn’t the seasoning I ordered. Watching them prep my pizza was like a live-action cautionary tale. At one point, I swear I saw someone wipe their nose with the back of their hand mid-slice.

Needless to say, I left without the pizza and with a strong urge to bathe in hand sanitizer.

Do better, Pizza Hut. I came for stuffed crust, not...

I have always ordered from this Pizza Hut,but after last night I will not. The man in front of me waited over eight minutes to pickup and pay. The woman trying to help him called trying to have someone ring him up numerous times. Then when the young man finally made an appearance he was rude to both the fellow worker and the customer.He basically got in her face about placing the food on the counter, stating the customer could walk off without paying. If he was planning to do that he would not wait eight minutes for you young man to come do your job. It makes me question customer service today and what businesses think is acceptable . I think I will visit a different pizza franchise...

Ya know when you've wanted something specific to eat for a really long time and when you get it, it tastes awful? Yeah? Well, that wasn't the case here! It's been such a long time since I've had my favorite pizza.

I just moved to the area from Middle Tennessee and the Pizza Hut in my area closed down years ago. So I was thrilled to have a location close by, here in AL.

I don't know who was who but the three employees I saw, were SO nice. I couldn't wait to get the pizza home, so I took a bite as soon as I got back in my car! It did not disappoint! I ended up eating two pieces on the way home.

Thank you to the crew at this location!! I'll most definitely be seeing...
