10-19-23 8:00pmish Pulled up to two teenage boys standing outside, they rush in and greet me by the time i make it to the speaker. I gave my order of fries, coke, and a double bacon cheeseburger plain. After silence for 15 seconds as I can hear background noise, I have to repeat my order. I pull up to window, and dude almost gives me the bag without a burger in it. No problem, they take it back and give it back a few seconds later, quickly closing the window without my drink. Him and his work buddy, also a teenage boy, dart back off outside to stand there. They walk out and see me still at the window, I yelled out "my coke?" And they both dart back in. They hand me my luke warm coke with no ice. I'm laughing at this point because they're screwing so much stuff up, because work is obviously the last thing on their mind. I ask what about ice, and one replies "the machine is broken" while his buddy is starting to crack up beside him. I don't know what's funny about actively screwing everything up about your easy job, but I'm glad you could rush me through to get back outside and hit your pen. Get home to find no bacon on the burger (on me for not questioning immediately), and the meal just honestly wasnt. Nothing seemed fresh. Owner, look into your night shift . Everything about this experience was jacked and I feel ripped...
Read moreI placed a mobile order on the app for lobby pickup and when I got there the 2nd door to enter the lobby was locked. When I knocked I got a really rude lady yell "drive through only!" and I said I have a pickup order she said "yeah?" and gave me a 'well what do you want me to do about it' look. Then I pulled to the drive through told her I had a pickup order and pulled around. When I got to the window I still waited like 5 minutes for food. Then same lady decided to be snappy again and hand me 2 chocolate frosties (that are like 1/2 full and complete liquid by the way) when I ordered orange creamsicle. So I asked about it and she said "all we have is chocolate so it'll have to be okay" I said "let me call my boyfriend real quick to make sure it's okay" (one bc he paid for it and 2 one of them were his) and she said "AGAIN it's all I have it'll have to be fine for them" I said this is my order and she said "I thought it was DoorDash" and rolls her eyes. I said no and while I was on the phone for not even 2 minutes, she left and I said yeah the chocolates fine to someone else in there and instead of the person giving them to me bc they're sitting RIGHT NEXT TO THE WINDOW, she waits for the other rude lady to come back and give them I said thank you and got silence. People rude as hell...
Read moreFirst, let me say that this is the second time in a week that I have stopped at a Wendy’s and they are out of barbecue sauce. I’m not talking about the same Wendy’s either. They were in totally different cities. I pull up to the drive-through and the lady says go ahead with your order, I started stating what I needed, a kids, meal with chicken nuggets and barbecue sauce. She immediately interrupted me And said they were out of barbecue sauce. I told her give me honey mustard instead then she asked me if I want milk or something else to drink that I could not understand. I had to have her repeat. It obviously didn’t sit well with her and she just says pull to the window. A man handed me my order did not say a word to me. The lady took my payment and didn’t say anything but my Total. I pulled off and then noticed they didn’t give me a straw. Do better Wendy’s. I’ve noticed more and more lately that people working fast food are getting more rude by the day. Unfortunately, it is not just a Wendy’s thing. If someone hates their job so much, do something else. It takes just as much effort to be rude as it does to be nice So why Not...
