Today I stopped by Whataburger because that was my daughter request for her birthday lunch. I briefly mentioned I was happy they served lunch all day because it’s hard to get lunch for kids who eat lunch so early in the school day. When the manager brought our food out he told me he overheard it was my daughter’s birthday and added in some swag for her! Such a small gesture made my daughter’s lunch even more special! She loved it! And the food was great! This location has the nicest staff!

My brother and I stopped for a burger after a Cannibal Corpse show, imagine that. Cannibal and a burger. Nevermind. Whataburger was the only place open after leaving Huntsville Alabama. The whole experience left me thinking we were up in Canada. A lot of highway and not many places to eat. Okay the real stuff. Help yourself to a kiss to order. Find your seat then sit and wait. Photos of my food.

I called to let the staff know to throw out the moldy bread, but they insisted the bread wasn't moldy. I reached out to customer support on the Whataburger website and have been met with silence.

Okay, so I just gotta rave about my latest Whataburger experience! Seriously, this place is always on point, but Thursday was next level, even though it was just a drive-thru run. First off, the food? Amazing as always. That Whataburger with cheese was cooked to perfection, and the fries were crispy and hot. But what really made my visit special were the employees, Andrew and Preston. Those guys were rockstars! They were so friendly and efficient, making the drive-thru experience quick and pleasant. Andrew took my order, and he was super helpful with the menu questions. Preston handed me my bag at the window with a smile and made sure everything was there. It's rare to find such great customer service these days, even at a drive-thru, and it really made my day. So shout out to Whataburger, Andrew, and Preston for being awesome! Whataburger – Owens Cross Roads Location

We had a pleasant experience at the Owens Cross Roads Whataburger! From the moment we pulled into the drive-thru, everything went smoothly. Preston took our order and was both efficient and professional. He repeated our order back to us perfectly, which we appreciated.

As we pulled around to the window, we were greeted by smiling faces that immediately made us feel welcome. The manager, Emmanuel, stood out for his friendliness and attention to detail—he personally ensured our order was correct before we drove away.

We’re so glad we decided to stop in for an after-school snack. The service was fast, the team was friendly, and everything about the experience made us want to come back. We’ll definitely be making this Whataburger one of our regular stops when we’re in need of a quick...

Not an actual review. Just a wondering as to how there's 5 reviews for a business that just opened today at 11am 7-30-25.

My family will be having this location's food for dinner tomorrow and will come back with a review.

Still though, 5 reviews for a place that wasn't even open when they wrote the review! Very interesting.

Pulled up to the drive-thru (drive-thru only right now) and 26 mins later the order was finally placed. Be ready to wait a long time just to order. 10 mins to get the food. Now to drive 15 mins home to eat dinner due to no dine-in.

Food's good. Well assembled. 10/10 will visit again.

Visited again. Dry. Flavorless. Too much sauce. Moldy bread. Dead produce.

What in the hell is wrong with the people who cook there?? $50 for 4 burgers and it's all just trash. DISGUSTING. Save your money folks. Do...
