Latte Factory — Restaurant in Hurst

Great flavors, service and atmosphere. The coffees were flavorful. We all loved it. They even wrote a cute thank you for your visit message in our pastry bag. Suggestion to the store: I would recommend them to make sure the person that attends the front (cashier) since the are the ones that will get questions about the products to please know their products specially if a pastry has something that could trigger allergies to someone or instead of the cashier learning all that, just do i little pastry menu that says a little description of what it is and the main ingredients. That way people will know before they buy and you guys won't get sued for something that could have been avoided. For example we never heard of monkeybread so we asked what it was and the cashier said she never tried it so she doesn't know. We asked if it had cinnamon because my mom is allergic to it and since she didnt know but said something like she doesnt think so, so we got it but when we sat down, we opened the bag and it was full of cinnamon. I ate it for her so it wouldn't go to waste and went back, told one of them about it and bought a different thing so my mom could eat something with her coffee. All in all, great place and i think in some ways is much better...

The vanilla match is so bad , the grade of match is so poor, basically a cup of milk. The lady in front of me asked for a mocha and the worker there was so rude to her and in the middle of taking her order switch shift to a much nicer lady.
