I spent $325 on a repair at this store. Now, approximately one month later and after eight total visits to this location, the repair still is not complete. In fact, the phone is now in much worse condition than when I originally brought it in as a result of Celltech's botched repair. Their employee Ris is never on the same page with Solis, who is apparently running the store. Schedules, information and instructions I've been given are inconsistent depending on who I talk to. These people guaranteed me a phone that would be "exactly like it was before" (the exact words of Ris during my initial visit, when he quoted me for the repair). They installed an aftermarket screen that lacks the functionality of the original, and never got the sound reconnected properly on the phone. I still can't make calls as normal, can't view things on the screen the phone is designed to display, and have been forced to purchase a new battery for $86 more that they said would fix my issues, but it has not. This staff wastes my time by never being on the same page, making appointments they do not keep, and not communicating with me between visits. They even tried to charge me more money to put the same type of screen back in the phone that would make it work "exactly like it did before" when this was their guarantee from day one. I have barely scratched the surface here, and should they respond with any disingenuous attempt to deflect blame, I will write up the entire list of problems here and name each employee alongside each specific issue. I will be requesting a full refund, which is the bare minimum they can do given how much of my time has been wasted, and should that not be fulfilled, I will be taking Celltech to small claims court and sharing my complete story in various other places online, as well as with mall management. I would not recommend this store to anyone if you are looking for a quality repair or...

I recently had to get my phone fixed and decided to try out Celltech, a small kiosk near JCPenney in Northeast Mall. I heard about them from a friend and I'm glad I went there. They're getting some unfair negative reviews, but those are actually meant for another place, not them.
First off, the people at Celltech were super friendly. When I went there, they greeted me right away and listened to my phone problems. They knew exactly what was wrong and explained everything to me in simple terms no confusing tech talk.
They were super quick with the repair. I thought it would take days, but they got it done in just a few hours. The price was reasonable too, not like some places that charge a lot. They told me the cost upfront, so there were no surprises.
The best part. My phone works perfectly now. It had a broken screen and some battery issues, and they fixed it all. It's like I have a brand new phone again.
I also want to clear up something about the negative reviews. There's another tech place in the mall that's not doing so great with their service. Some people are getting mixed up and leaving bad reviews for Celltech by mistake. That's not fair because Celltech is actually really good. They're near JCPenney, not the other place that's messing up.
So, if you need your phone fixed and you're in Northeast Mall, definitely go to Celltech near JCPenney. They're helpful, know what they're doing, and they won't rip you off. Plus, they're just really nice people. Totally...
Read moreResponse to owner: yes I first went to the kiosk with the lady and she took me to the one in front of Sephora and there were two guys there, the bald one made all this transaction!! When I came back for the explanation this lady was giving me the inflated prices too. Worst place dont go here or you will get charged extra!!! , went to buy an iphone 15 pro max case with clip (like the otterbox) and a privacy glass protector. The price that we got was $49.99 for the case and $20 for the glass. At the time of paying the guy supposedly charged me $69.99 and didnt give me receipt which I thought was weird but I didnt want to mistrust the guy. When I left the mall I realized I got charged $148.75 which was a lot! So I quickly went back to the mall and requested an explanation to which now this guy told me that the case was $79.99 and the glass $69.99, if I really would've known this price, I would've bought them cause it is way too expensive. I proceeded with requesting the receipt, which he hasn't sent it to me yet through text (still waiting since Saturday, now Monday). I really want to say they do fraud because they do have two kiosks, and this guy went quickly to tell the other person who first assisted me that the prices...
