Incredible Burger — Restaurant in Hurst

I ordered the Coolio with bacon and a side of cheese fries. The cost? $20.00. was that what my bill actually came to? No. But it's what I ended up having to pay because when I handed the cashier at $20 bill. He put it in the drawer only to them tell me that he was unable to make change.

After a long wait, my order was called and I took the brown paper bag to a table to eat. The taste was only average with the gimmick of Dorito chips generating most of the excitement. The bun was tough. Overall I would give the burger a three.

So why is this a one-star review? Well the burger is incredibly messy. Sauce and grease were using everywhere. I wouldn't ordinarily mind this except that when I reached into the bag for a napkin, there weren't any. I went back to the counter to request napkins. They explained they didn't have any. After spending $20 for a burger and fries, I would think I could get a couple of napkins to go along with it.

I returned to my meal and made the best of it by slowly tearing apart the paper bag to use it as a napkin as best I could. While eating, I noticed multiple occasions that employees would enter and exit the restaurant by literally climbing over the counter on which our food was served. I'm not sure why the mall hasn't had something to say about that...

About halfway into the burger I decided to try the cheese fries. I opened the styrofoam container to find a load of fries swimming in an inch of nacho cheese dip. The fries were undercooked and limp. Gordon Ramsay would have spit them out and throw them straight into the trash but I was starving and ready to dive in. It was then that I realized that I had no fork... How was I supposed to eat this glob of goo with no fork and no napkins?

I returned to the counter and asked for a fork and was told that they don't have forks... I asked him if he could suggest how I should go about eating the meal I just paid $20 for without napkins and a fork. The response was nothing more than mumbles. Bear in mind that there were multiple employees present and a couple of them seem to have nothing to do. How hard would it be to go make a quick run and pick up some napkins and plastic forks? The service was so shoddy that I can't trust the food going forward and will not return. If the operation of this restaurant is so amateurish, I don't feel good trusting them with the food preparation either. Not to mention I can get a more savory burger from In-N-Out for about...

Went in with my girlfriend, ordered a regular incredible burger was an okay burger, really not bad but the sauce was overpowering and the meat had no seasoning. Also ordered the Nachoman burger, which included dorito nacho cheese flavored chips. Jalapeños and all the fixings an regular incredible burger does... not only was the nacho burger about $3 more than the incredible burger but they hide an additional charge of $1 for the doritos, which was to be included with the burger per the menu. The burgers were average at best but hiding additional charges for what was listed with the burger is ridiculous and Shady. Will not eat again. Came here bc they had the best reviews in the area. I got the mushroom burger double patty (extra $5 for patty) and my gf got the regular burger single patty. We both got Fries and a drink and our total came out to about $40. So pretty pricey imo for mall food.

The food was great! Fries were nice an crispy and well seasoned. We each got plenty of fries too. The burgers were delicious and juicy. Really, a solid tasting burger, and I would agree that it's better than most burgers in the area.

My only grip the location. It's inside a mall food court. So it's noisy and there's just a lot of people (mostly teenagers). Still, I would definitely would recommend it if you are looking for a good solid burger.
