Master Wok — Restaurant in Hurst

This place doesn’t deserve a one star I ordered the 10.49 meal about 15-20 mins ago I was half way through my meal until I saw a cooked cockroach with my beef and broccoli I confronted the lady and she just laughed didn’t even apologize… the young man there then proceeded to give me a refund after I requested. The lady was just so rude acting like if I placed the cockroach on my food like be realistic I’ve been coming here since 2019 and never had a problem but I won’t be coming here again and don’t recommend anyone to come here. I just realized they don’t even wear gloves when serving the food. I’m not the type of guy to bash a business I understand we’re not perfect but the Asian lady was rude and unprofessional. If I get food poisoning or ill I will have a attorney ready...

Amazing food despite being a mall restaurant! i work near by and show up here just for lunch maybe 3-4 times a month! really good orange chicken that has a crunch unlike other chain restaurants. they normally have a lunch meal deal with 3 meats and a rice or noodle side for about $11 with a drink. bourbon chicken is good im not sure what others are talking about when they say they are sick, maybe it was a under cooked off day for the place im not sure. I recently visited Master Wok and had a truly awful experience. The food was extremely bad, and I believe this place should be shut down immediately for the safety of the public.

The meat served was half-cooked, which is not only unappetizing but also a serious health hazard. Consuming undercooked meat can lead to food poisoning, and I fear this restaurant is putting its customers at risk.
