This place is REALLY bad, and an absolute disgrace to the Pizza Hut name! I literally cannot get delivery because this location is "my location" and no one else will deliver.
The first time I ordered from this location (2/5/22 @ 10:30pm), I was told that they didn't have any drivers and they couldn't figure out how to transfer an online/app order over to DoorDash/UberEats, and therefore I would have to come pick it up. That wouldn't work for my situation so they offered me a $25 gift card which expired in 30 days. Regardless, I ordered elsewhere so I could have it delivered. Hard to imagine tho...a pizza place...that doesn't deliver?
The second time I ordered from this location (3/13/22 @ 9:45pm), I didn't receive: -1 two-liter Dr. Pepper -1 garlic dipping sauce -3 marinara dipping sauces -1 cream cheese dipping sauce (I got 2 blue cheese...like I wouldn't notice or something?)
I did receive an order of mini-CinnaBuns which I didn't order. The driver said they were extra and the staff gave them to him but he didn't want to eat them since he was on a diet. I am 100% sure those were someone else's mini-CinnaBuns and not "extra" at all.
I called the location and the employee didn't really care at all. He just blamed the driver but started yelling when I asked if the driver was the one who put the sauces in the box...because we ALL know that's not their responsibility. He once again offered the standard $25 gift card which expires in 30 days. My total order was $39.00 after a significant driver's tip during these high gas prices. They ended up charging me only about $17 for some reason. I suppose it was an attempt to get me to not write this review, but that employee was such a jerk with his, "Dude, you're just missing some sauces!" comment. Read moreI placed an order for a large pizza and 2 liter drink. It was 40 minutes wait for delivery which was no issue. My issue with this Pizza Hut is they used Door Dash not a Pizza Hut delivery driver to deliver my order, still no issue, but when my order was delivered the delivery driver forgot my 2 liter drink. When I told him he forgot my drink he didn’t understand a word I said because I only speak English and he only speaks Spanish, luckily my wife speaks Spanish and told him the issue and he said he doesn’t know what he should do and that we should go get it. After my wife told me what he said I angrily told her to tell him he needs to go get it. He did but when he drove off he peeled out like he was mad and it was my fault he forgot the item. When I called the Pizza Hut and spoke to the manager all she was doing is yawning on the phone like I was boring her with my problem. She said well did he deliver your pizza, and I said yes. She replied with well then what is the issue. I told her my drink was missing and now my pizza is getting cold. She replied with well it was hot when delivered so she doesn’t understand why I complaining. I told he I’m complaining because I ordered a pizza and drink to be delivered together so me and my wife could sit down and enjoy or dinner. The driver did deliver my drink but 20 minutes after he delivered the pizza and Pizza Hut did nothing no apology, no offer of refund, no offer of a credit on my next order or no offer that they would remake my pizza and deliver it with a cold drink. Read moreHORRIBLE LOCATION. Got into shouting match with whoever the large and in charge guy is that works late nights. Instead of refunding for my pizza (burnt and cold) that’s described in MANY of these reviews he decided to let his pride argue that he doesn’t get paid a lot, he is human and I needed to calm down. After going back and forth with him about getting a refund (could’ve been over in 3 mins flat), he called the store manager Chris and pleaded his case about not wanting to give a refund because he’s tired of the things he goes through involving his line of work. He asked “what should I do? She screaming at me” which translates to instead of ending this entire ordeal because of my pride I do not want to give her a refund and further inconvenience the customer when this entire thing could’ve been over 3 mins ago BUT I lack self control and training so I’d rather call the person that left me in charge to do what I’m going to do. He stepped behind a wall and when I followed him to tell him to give me my refund as he was doing before he started complaining about his job he told me to get out his office. The office he was describing was a small closet space next to the counter with 3 coworkers hiding and a computer. Not an office lmfao! He ultimately gave me my refund and as I was leaving proceeded, with the other staff in the store to hurl insults left and right. One word for this store: GHETTO.
