Hurst Gold & Silver — Local services in Hurst

I've gone to Hurst Gold & Silver for several years to get my watches serviced (I have many.) I would bring 2, 3 or 4 at a time for battery replacement (was around $11 if I recall - if you brought in more than 3.) Good service, friendly family. The last time I went in to replace a couple of batteries the price had more than doubled to $25 a watch. Because of this exponential price increase for a battery I'll really have no reason to bring business to Hurst G&S. Again, nice people and they are running a business but they priced my business...

The greatest people in town !! Not only did they fix my watch and replaced a few stones in my ring,but, they noticed I was having problems with my car remote and offered to replace the battery, and it is now also working !! The dealership was going to " reprogram " my car remote for $ 175.00 later that day and the Hurst Jewelry team replace my battery for less then $ 20.00 ! Praise the Lord!! Unbelievable!! I give then 6 stars out of 5 Thank you, guys for going the extra mile for me that day, you truly blessed me that day and...

If I could give a lower rating, I would. Went here twice. First they offered $40 for a ring. Second visit they offered $20 for the same ring and when questioned they refused to honor the $40 offer. Me and my wife left and went to a pawn shop on Hwy 10 and they bought the ring for $70 immediately. Hurst Gold and Silver will try to take advantage of you. Don't let them.
