Visited Hutch recently to attend a friends wedding. We drove almost 5 hours in from Oklahoma right after i got off work. Once we got checked into our hotel we decided to run and get something to eat. It was around 1030 pm, knowing it was late i looked for a place that was open and found this Braums. I had a feeling the staff wouldnt appreciate showing up right before they closed... like i get it but we were hungry and my kids wanted burgers from Braums. Everything was fine up to getting our order, even our food was good. I just have an issue with manners and i didnt appreciate that terrible look and attitude of the young man that came out to give us our food. I greeted him and tried to apologize for the last minute stop at their store. He basically just tossed me the bag and walked away like a teenager that just got their phone taken away. Completely ignored me. Next time I'm in Hutch I'll make sure i don't disturb the evening shift at this Braums, i wouldn't want to upset them by doing...

Not sure why this Braum’s has a 4.2 rating, but it was nothing near that for me last night. I was the only person waiting to order, there were 7-8 employees with maybe 4 actually working. A guy working drive-thru actually had to tell another employee that was walking around to go take my order. And this guy got my order wrong. I noticed it on the receipt and brought it to his attention, & (after waiting almost 20 minutes) it still came out wrong. Read moreI visited this Braums location on Aug 4 2025. It was dirty and had a very unprofessional culture. I like Braums, this Braums is a mess. I questioned the sanitation and lost my appetite. I left the food on the counter without taking a bite. I contacted Braums customer service. The regional manager called and was pleasant. He said he would have the manager put a refund in an envelope for my meal. If that had happened that would have been the end and I wouldn’t have written this review. I went to the restaurant to get my refund and even though I stated in 2 separate emails that I should receive my $10.06 back, they put 8.97 in the envelope.
