I ordered takeout online for a pepperoni pizza and an Alfredo bread bowl for my fiance. The pizza was fine but the bread bowl we were given had chunks of raw dough in the center of it. When I called them to notify them that our bread bowl wasn't safe to eat they got argumentative about the bread bowl and tripled down that the bread bowl was cooked correctly. When I emphasized to them that I would be more than happy to show them in person that it was indeed not safe to eat they told me "yeah go ahead and bring it down so we can see it". So I hopped in my car with my fiance and showed them in person. They made up their minds after .1 seconds of looking at it and still agreed that it was cooked correctly. I told them that it was very much raw under the pasta that they hadn't looked at it properly. Eventually one of the two gentlemen came to the conclusion that it was indeed undercooked but, he told us "it's just bread". To which my fiance explained to him that undercooked bread is absolutely not safe to eat. They had already thrown a new one in the oven before we had arrived to even debate whether it was safe to eat. So I don't understand why they were so defensive about it if they were going to replace it regardless. Either way they were extremely disrespectful and we certainly won't be coming back even if the food was good. 0/5. For those of you who want proof I have attached several photos. If you look in the corner you can see a pile of raw dough that we pulled off the center...
Read moreThe food was not bad, other than having sat out for over an hour before being delivered, and not made as ordered. (Pineapple included on one sandwich requested to not have pineapple, and the other sandwich missing sauce.) According to the online tracker, order was checked by the same person that prepared it; unacceptable for any quality checking process. My biggest issue was the attitude given over the phone. The manager was extremely rude over the phone when simply asked about the order being shown as 'ready for delivery' with an estimated delivery time of over an hour. No apology was offered, just multiple excuses regarding short staffing, weather, and number of orders to process. Completely unprofessional attitude for a manager. Additionally, extremely poor planning caused food to be finished far before it could reasonably be delivered. If I was able to leave a 0 star rating, the one star on this review was earned by the delivery driver. According to one of the many excuses given by the manager, he was the only driver working today. The driver was extremely polite as well as apologetic for the situation, which is impressive considering the "leadership" he was...
Read moreI wish I could give this a zero. We enjoy dominos pizza but last night we ordered, after an hour I called to see where our order was and was asked to hold as soon as the call was answered waited on the phone for 10 min then hung up. My husband called back and the call was answered right away, and he was told that our pizza was done but they forgot to cook part of our order and it was almost done, my husband asked if he could speak to a manager and was told we are too busy, he told the guy he would hold and after holding again for a long amount of time he hung up. I called back and a woman Christina answered the phoned when I asked to speak to the manager she said that she was, I discussed the issue with her and she said she could send our pizza and out and void the order, when the delivery driver showed up an hour later my husband told him he could take the pizza back there was no way we were eating 2hr old pizza... to which the driver apologized and said his manager told him to deliver our pizza last... great customer service Christina!!! I hope the general manager and Domino's corporate office is equally as impressed. Won't be going to...
