McDonald's — Restaurant in Hutchinson

I reviewed McDonalds as a google guide and gave very high regards to the establishment but now as time a has game on my view is starting to change , prices are escalating and the drive through lines become slower (but busier) But the topper was a couple months back we went through the drive through and order 3 burgers 2 cheese burgers ect get home after a very long day on the road driving. hungry sat down to find no hamburgers just 2 cheese burgers so ok she gave them to me and she ate the cold fish sandwich we order ok fine I went to eat the cheese burgers first bite, to my amazement I got a WISH SANDWICH that being I wish I had some MEAT IN IT !!all Bun Dam it, Open the top on the other one and same thing WHERES THE MEAT !! called the store long wait to talk to a SUPERVISOR not the manager as I asked for So casually stated oh we will send out a coupon for a free meal WHAT 1 free meal this disrupted 2 peoples meal for starters, Needless to say I had a bowl of cereal and went to bed, So cold food no food and snotty supervisor and of course there was never and coupon mailed out and no follow up If I could I would rescind my previous guide review. Not a great showing by McDonald's with there LACK of food cold sandwiches and fries(I live 2miles from store ) after spend close to 30 bucks on the visit. Could have been corrected with some empathy and a Im sorry by staff or offer a compromise to get the food we ordered that night HOW ABOUT A FREE DELIVERY but never offered not my first choice for drive through service any...

This McDonald's overall is usually pretty good. Food is always good and freshly made. We have had missing items more often than I think is excusable but not so often that it's a regular occurrence. On our last visit the kid working the till was yelled at by another employee saying customers were to use the ordering screens unless they were paying cash(we were not). I think that was unnecessary to do in front of us and clearly he should have still been closely overseen while training. Since they no longer have the pop machine in the lobby they forgot my drink when they brought our food out. I told the kid what I wanted with my meal and he seemed confused and flustered from being yelled at, so I didn't want to go up and get him yelled at again. In the past I worked in fast food as a manager and trained in my fair share of workers. It always bothers me when I see people training new works but they clearly have too short of a temper and no patience for the training process. Other than that, the food was good and the dining...

I ordered a small fry and a large diet soda NO ice. I waited at the window approximately 5 to 7 minutes before I called the store to ask where my small fry and large diet with no ice was at!! Finally a young lady brought a soda with a small bag. I asked her if the fries were fresh or had they been sitting as long as I have, she said she didn't know. I ate a fry which was cold and limp!! I told her I wanted fresh fries. Then I handed back the soda and said I ordered NO ice. She handed me another soda with no ice and said she gave me the wrong one. I asked her why it took so long for a small fry and a large soda with no ice? She said they were trying to get their pop machine going!!! She handed me another small bag and asked if these fries were better. I drove off. I took a fry and they were ROCK HARD, SO OVER DONE!!!!! SO, I spent $5.48 for a large diet with NO ice!!!!
